29th July, 1924

Dear Sirs,

With reference to your letters, Mr. de Laszlo is quite agreeable for Mr J.A. McKay to reproduce the pictures he wishes in The Spur, and will let him have these photographs by tomorrow.[1] Those which are not in his possession are with Paul Laib, 3, Thistle Grove, S.W.10.[2] He hopes Mr. McKay will let him have one or two numbers of the papers when they appear.

Re the Hon. George Peel, Mr. de Laszlo will arrange to paint a portrait of his little daughter in his studio in October, but could not promise to do it in the South of France, as for the moment he does not intend going there.[3] His honorarium for same would be 500 gns, and this would be a ¾ length portrait.[4]

The portrait of Lady Gresley [9916]  will be delivered to the Gallery to-morrow.

Yours faithfully,

Secretary.
