T.O.S. Dearlydoo

Hello and welcome to my TOS. Here I will be explaining some rules that will apply when commissioning me. Please read this if you are wanting to commission me! If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me.

RULES

• I can decline any request. Some people still think I am a machine, sadly I’m not.
• Your commission will be finished within 2-5 weeks or less. If I won’t make it within that time range I will tell you BEFORE you commission me. Please check my queue first.
• If your commission needs to be done before a specific date, just let me know! If I have more customers at time it will cost more. (rush fee = +€20, can be more depending on how fast it needs get done)
• Please sent me a reference sheet of your character. Sending me commissioned work of a character is OK too! I WON’T make it from a description only.
• My badges are NEVER laminated. Everything is DIGITAL only. (Unless stated otherwise!)
• I have the right to use the artwork anywhere, promote myself with it, or sell it. If you wish not me to do so, ask me BEFORE commissioning me.
• I don’t sent W.I.P. pictures. If you would like to be sure the pose is to your liking, a WIP fee of €5 could be paid. You will pay and receive a sketch, and if you dislike how it is going you don’t need to pay the other half of the payment. You just pay for the sketch itself! If you do like how it is going the additional fee will be asked. (For example, you want a chibi. It is €30. If you want a WIP, it would cost €5 + €30.)
• If you would like me to edit anything in your image after I have finished it a fee might apply (€5 for a small edit, €10 for a big one)
• Want your commission done live, in a livestream? This can be done! Just message me and say you’d like this. (Not always possible, but will try!)

YOU aka THE COMMISSIONER

• You MAY upload your commissioned work ANYWHERE. Please credit me though! (Name is enough, website optional)
• Once you have recieved your commission, you are allowed to use it for anything! Want to make a tshirt of it? Go for it!
• DON’T remove my watermark/signature. It is just a small text with the name ‘’Dearlydoo’’ on it.
• Please do NOT edit my work. (redraw over it, trace it) This is just rude to me as an artist. If you do so you will be blacklisted for further commissions.
• Do NOT claim you drew the art.

PAYMENT

• All payments must be made via PayPal, or bank transfer (If you live in The Netherlands)
• I don’t do refunds. Once you have paid the invoice you are in my queue.
• I can work with payment plans.
