POSITIVE BOARD COMMENTS:
- Thank you to FFA & BVBA for all the work they do behind the scenes.
- Glad to have a Pep Band back - they sounded great on Friday.
SPECIAL REPORTS:
- Michael Olson FFA Alumni President - Annual fundraiser at Galen Fink’s barn; get ahold of one of the alumni members for more information.
- Misty Williams is not able to make it but sent Drew an audio clip. The Booster Club is preparing for sports - had a good turnout for the golf tournament. Locker rooms were painted over the summer; door wraps for the locker room doors and gym doors are being installed. Travel snack boxes for away games on the buses. The Alumni tent on Friday evening will be recognizing the 1996 football team. Will be recognizing different groups throughout the year. Friday night field will have a special treat for the football team - be on the lookout.
- Lauren Mendenhall for BV PTO. They only had 4 people show up for the first meeting. PTO meets the 3rd Thursday at Randolph VFW and on Zoom. Great success with Boots and Bling that will continue to happen. Looking at joining the Match Day to raise more funds.
- BVBA - David Wetter has helped run BVBA the past years. He is suggesting the option of a second field. When HS Baseball and Softball were going on, it made practices difficult; but they are also finding trouble with summer teams getting practices in. The second field would like to have a softball field marked field so it alleviates moving the fences. If a field is not in the works, possibly create an area north of the current field for just an infield.
