6:00-6:25-Talk/Walk through Transitions and bows
6:30- 8:00-Run through concert with Strings- Only stopping if absolutely necessary- BOWS AT END
8:00- Band, Orchestra, and Dancers dismissed
8:00-8:15- Closing announcements and hitting any problem areas if needed.
All singers please help put chairs back in place.

12:00 Singers in seats on Stage- Dressed in Concert Attire
12:00-12:05 Terrell briefly talk through transitions
12:05-1:15 Walk through the concert. Each choir gets a “sound check.” Full run of stuff with dancers and solos if needed. Other songs just sing only enough to get a feel for the space.
