Student’s Guidelines
Responsibility:
- To submit all required information during the registration process.
- Accept the Skype invitation for the teacher's account.
- To make sure that they are there for each class on time.
- To make the Administration aware of any changes in the schedules.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- To cancel and receive a refund after payment has been made, the student is responsible for informing us within 24 hours before the first scheduled class for the month. After this window has closed, there will be NO REFUND issued.
Classroom Occurrences:
- The Student Is Absent: If the student fails to show for a class, and it was not previously agreed upon between themselves and their teacher, the instructor will not be made to make up the class.
- The Student Arrives Late: This is not the responsibility of the teacher or the Academy. The instructor will not be forced to stay for additional time, due to tardiness that was not previously announced to them by the student. .
- The Student Quits Mid Course: Unless it is due to negligence on the part of the teacher or some other reason associated with the teacher, the instructor will be paid for the remainder of the course. If the problem is due to the teacher, they will not be paid for any further classes regardless of any prior agreements.
- The Teacher Is Absent: The teacher will not be paid for this set of classes until all of the sessions were delivered. This will assure that the student receives all of the classes that were paid for in advance.
- The Teacher Arrives Late: If the teacher arrives late, then the time which was missed in the course will be made up by the teacher during that particular session. If it is not possible, then the Academy Administration is to be notified so that other arrangements can be made so that the student will be assured to get the complete amount of time for which was paid in the course.
- The Class Needs To Be Rescheduled: In this occurrence, it is necessary that the student and the teacher come to an agreement as to when the class will be rescheduled. This class is to be held before the scheduled end date of the current set of classes. Then the student is responsible for contacting the Administration to inform them of the change so that appropriate changes can be made on the Calendar and Schedules.
