Wissahickon Cowl

Size: Approximately 22-23” in circumference

Materials: 3 colors of Shepherd’s Wool DK. Color A=120 yds, Color B=24 yds, Color C=12 yds

Needles: 1 US6 (4.0mm) in 16” circulars, or size needed to get gauge.

Notions: Stitch marker and tapestry needle.

Gauge: 22.5 sts by 28 rows = 4” in pattern, blocked.

Notes: I carried color C up the inside of the cowl for rows 5 and 8. I then cut the yarn, leaving a 4” tail. I started carrying it again on rows 14, 17, and 20. I did this to prevent puckering.
