30-Day Allyship Challenge

The purpose of this 30-Day Allyship Challenge is to provide direction for people looking to take action in support of the Black Lives. A small daily commitment to action is a great way for an ally to intentionally do their part to disrupt systemic racism. The focus of this challenge is to support the Black community, but we aim to build allyship muscle memory which we can use to support all underrepresented communities in the future.

Step 1: COMMIT

Hold yourself accountable by stating your commitment to the 30 day challenge to someone else - your manager, your team, social media, etc. and invite others to join.

“I am taking the 30-Day Allyship Challenge so I can take immediate anti-racism action. Join me!”

Step 2: ACT

Take one small action each day per the following calendar.

Step 3: DISCUSS

Disrupt the notion that race is something we cannot discuss. Inspire others to learn by talking about what you are learning with your team, friends, and family.
