Beginning:

SCENE 1:

medium long shot, (facing Lincoln) following along Lincoln as he walks towards the camera - Camera backs up.

        

EXT. Camp (Early morning.)

**Supervisor two (adam) walks to supervisor one (Lincoln)**  

CAMERA CUT TO: LONG SHOT

  behind both SUPERVISORS. Both facing wind turbine.

Lincoln:

Hand Held Shot: Engineers did a nice job. We haven't had any problems with the system in weeks.

Adam:

Have you checked on the hydroponics?  

Lincoln:

No need to. It was working well last week....let's go eat.

Middle:

Scene 1:

INT.         Cafeteria (Noon)

PAN FROM:

A BROKEN FILTER TO A PERSON (Adam) WALKING

        As Adam fills a bowl with water, He raises an eyebrow and gives a discomforted look as he gives small sniffs in a quick succession and calls in the supervisor(Jack).

PAN TO:

JACK WALKING TOWARDS FILTER

        Jack takes a long stare at the filter while fidgeting with it

Jack

A pipe’s loose. How long has it been like this?

Adam
I’m not sure, I haven’t check in a while.

Jack looks at Adam and puts his index finger on his mouth. Indicating not to tell anyone

Fade out to:

Next scene.

INT.rooms

CLOSE UP on Clove face SLOWLY ZOOMING OUT showing his whole bed.

Clove is having a hard time falling asleep she is moving side to side. You can hear her uncomfortable movements in the sheets.

WIDE SHOT of Clove’s rooms

She quickly jumps out of her bed and runs to the bathroom

MEDIUM SIDE SHOT

Clove throws up.

MORNING EXT.Camps

LONG SHOT

Clove is walking to another tent to find the doctor

OVER THE SHOULDER

She finds the doctor.

DOCTOR M

Hmmm,what are some of your symptoms?

            CLOVE

     i’ve been throwing up non stop and I don’t have no energy to do anything.

         

         DOCTOR M

Oh you just have a stomach flu, you’ll be fine no need to worry

End:

        

INT. VILLAGE- ON PATH

PANNING and FOLLOW SHOT Lincoln walks along the path next to the houses and is remembering the previous weeks events.

DISSOLVE TO:

(Flashback) INT. WIND TURBINE

LONG SHOT of wind turbine’s exterior. MEDIUM SHOT Lincoln and another technician are making sure everything is alright with the wind turbine’s mechanics.

CLOSE UP OF Them working on the interior of their wind turbine.

                                                CLOSE UP Lincoln

It’s a really nice day, we shouldn’t have to be stuck in here…

CUT to CLOSE UP of: Jared is hesitant to come up with a decision.

OVER THE SHOULDER towards Jared

I don’t want to be in here either.

Lincoln

But we can’t tell anyone.

CUT to MEDIUM SHOT They nod to each other in agreement and exit the wind turbine.

MEDIUM CLOSE UP: Jared leaves without hesitation but Lincoln looks back and wonders if he’s making a mistake.

                                                                                DISSOLVE TO:

        End flashback: INT. VILLAGE PATH

PANNING and FOLLOW SHOT of: Lincoln continues walking down the path when he reaches one of the structures that lies in the safe space of their village.

POINT OF VIEW: He stops and looks around, analyzing the building until his eyes land on the window that leads to the interior of a giant kitchen-like room MEDIUM SHOT of room.

HAND HELD SHOT is PANNING the entire room until it lands on the sink...

                                                                                        FADE TO:

        INT. CAFETERIA- NOON (flashback)

The same sink is still in view but now it's a week prior to the present.

PANNING to the entire room which is now filled with chatting people.

MEDIUM FOLLOW SHOT of someone walking back to the sink with a cup. They turn the faucet on and dip their cup underneath the running water.

CLOSE UP: they bring the water to their mouth and show a satisfied look now that they’ve quenched their thirst.

        INT. CLINIC OFFICE

The same person (Clove) is shown in a bed appearing sick.

        EXT. WIND TURBINE

Uri and his coworker are walking to the wind turbine.

                                        

Lincoln

Maybe we should go back, I feel sick.

Jared

Yea, you look really pale (fades to muffled) and I don’t think checking up on the wind turbine is that important anyways. Let’s get you back to the nurse’s office before you throw up.

Lincoln looks pale and sick, while Jared talks and tries to comfort him. They walk away from the wind turbine ready to postpone their jobs once again.

        INT. VILLAGE PATH (flashback over)

        

WIND TURBINE-close up

ZOOM INTO WIRE: sparking.

Pans out to long shot of people walking by, talking amongst selves and not caring.

FADE TO MEDIUM LONG SHOT: Lincoln's face

He has a thinking face like he’s lost in thought.

Lincoln looks confused. He notices sparks coming out from the turbine.

Lincoln (over the shoulder)

He looks  back at the wind turbine and realizes that something is wrong.

Lincoln (medium follow shot)

He speed walks toward the wind turbine as fast as he can but as discrete as possible so no one notices the mistake they made.

WIND TURBINE (side medium shot)

The wind turbine explodes due to lack of troubleshooting.

A clip (flashback) is shown between the explosion scene and a new scene. This new scene shows a building caught on fire from the time of war. The explosion and the flashback switch between until the scene stops at a still shot of the flashback.

Lincoln- high angle

He blanks into space with disappointment in his eyes.

Lincoln- long shot

He falls on the floor and covers his face with his hands. He begins to cry. You can see the anger in his eyes as he punches the floor and the screen turns to black.
