  1. Decide on the categories you would like to use
  2. Add shapes for your categories (I used folders, but you may choose anything you like that works for you…  be creative!)
  3. Add a title (Categorizing Elements) and labels to each of your shapes based on the categories you choose
  4. Skitch at least 5 elements onto each of your category shapes (look at my example above)
  5. Skitch your completed groups Title and labels onto your slide

  1. Create a Loupe Collage of the images you’ve saved to your desktop (view the video help below to see how)

  2. Make a copy of your collage and add a mask shape. Here’s an example of how to do that:

  1. Skitch ALL of section 13 onto your slide (you’ll need to do this in several pieces)
  2. Explore the links and highlight 3-4 of your favorites (hint: use a shape with a semi-transparent custom fill color)

  4. Highlight the link of the site your recorded in a different color so it’s easy to see what you chose to record

You’ll need to use a personal email address if you would like to try it because your results are sent to your email after a couple of days and your school email address won’t accept emails from outside of our district.

  1. Try experimenting with layers in Sumopaint. Here’s an example made with yesterday’s warmup in Sumopaint where a pattern layer was placed at the bottom (600 x 850px) and the warmup placed on top. Then, the magic wand tool was used to cutout parts of the top layer to see the pattern underneath:
