Role Overview

As an Appointment Setter, your primary objective is to schedule qualified virtual appointments that show up.

You will:

  • Call warm leads (no cold prospecting)
  • Follow proven scripts and systems (training provided)
  • Schedule appointments between leads and Sales Representatives
  • Maintain detailed CRM notes
  • Hit weekly booking and show-up targets
  • All leads are provided. Your job is execution.

Performance Expectations: This is a numbers-driven role.

Minimum standards:

  • 30 minimum dials per hour
  • 20+ appointments booked per week
  • 80%+ show-up ratio
  • 10%+ pickup rate
  • Daily performance reporting
  • Communication during shifts on appointments set

Schedule (EST - Toronto Time)

We are currently hiring for Evening EST shifts and Weekends.

Recommended Prime Time Shifts at 7 hours a day:

Weekday

  • 2 PM - 9 PM EST
  • 3 PM - 10 PM EST
  • 4 PM - 11 PM EST

Weekend

  • 9 AM - 4 PM EST
  • 10 AM - 5 PM EST
  • 11 AM - 6PM EST

Weekly Commitment:

30+ hours per week (Primary Recommended Schedule to maximize income)

Flex Option:

  • 10-25 hours per week
  • Work prime times for best results
  • Consistency is required
