The Heavens Declare, Part 1
Is there a message in the stars that we are missing because we have allowed the Enemy to hide, twist and pervert it? If God has written the Gospel in the heavens, what might the “signs of the stars” be telling us?

The Heavens Declare, Part 2
The signs of the Zodiac became popular with the hippie movement in the 1960s. People would ask, “What’s your ‘sign?’” But those same symbols, based on the constellations in the sky, are not new, they’re very, very old, dating well before the time of Jesus. So, knowing God put the stars in the skies, how might these signs point to the Gospel of Christ?

The Heavens Declare, Part 3
The signs of the Zodiac are much more significant than the silly horoscopes in the newspaper might lead us to believe. This might seem strange, but for the ancient Jewish people, the Zodiac was a holy reminder of what to watch for in the coming of the Messiah. In fact, the first four of those 12 symbols – Virgo, Libra, Scorpio and Sagittarius – describe the Redeemer.

The Heavens Declare, Part 4
Have you ever been in a place where there are no city lights, with a clear sky, and looked up at the millions of stars above you? It’s awe-inspiring, isn’t it? Now suppose each one of those stars revealed something about the Redeemer in the Gospel story. Have you ever thought about that?

The Heavens Declare, Part 5
Say the word “Zodiac,” and many Christian believers will run the other way. But the word actually comes from the Hebrew word “Zodi,” which means “path” or “step.” So as our sun takes a path or zodi through the sky, the constellations for that zodi are the zodi-AC. So what do the names of these stars tell us about the Gospel of Christ?

The Heavens Declare, Part 6
How could people “know” the Gospel of salvation before anyone wrote down the history of God’s chosen people? Scripture tells us that they are without excuse because it can be seen in all of creation, and that certainly would include the stars in the night skies, wouldn’t it? God named those stars, and those names tell something about the coming Redeemer.

The Heavens Declare, Part 7
For the past three broadcasts, Dr. White has been sharing the names of the stars in the constellations, those signs that make up the Zodiac. The symbolism is amazing in how these star names point to the Redeemer promised by God. If you have ever looked up in the night sky and marveled at the millions of stars and at the Creator who placed them there and named them all, this study has encouraged a deeper appreciation for them. Scripture says that even the stars shout praises to God. But maybe this study is the first time you realized the connection between the meaning of the names of the stars and the Gospel of Christ. When taken in the context of God’s Word, even the signs of the Zodiac – examined without the world’s perversion of horoscopes and superstition -- have a message for all of us.
