Throughout any complaint handling procedure, the patient’s confidentiality is of utmost importance and is observed at all times. We respect the individual's right to make a complaint and will ensure that they are in no way discriminated against as a result of raising their concerns. In the unfortunate event that you wish to make a complaint, please speak to a member of staff at reception at the earliest possible occasion.
