○ July 15th is when you should have everyone registered. We suggest you register immediately, as well as book your hotel reservations as soon as possible.
18. Can I send a check?
○ Please discourage individual checks, as it creates extra administrative work: checks are mailed to CAICC Office, Then the registration information is given to Rebecca Rico to manually input on the master spreadsheet. When people register online this is all done automatically. So if each church can send in one check or one bundle of checks, that would be helpful IF checks must be sent. (Note: IF checks must be sent, please make them payable to “CAICC” and mail to: CAICC, 2305 30th Street, Santa Monica, CA 90405. Include name(s) of all registrants and their t-shirt sizes.)

○ We are going to many lengths to make sure everyone has an easy registration process. It is necessary for marrieds to register individually with their own name as separate attendees.
20. Does the conference happen over the weekend? Will some of my members need to take time off work in advance?
○ Please make sure people know that the conference begins 9AM Friday July 31st through Sunday August, 2nd 2015 at 1PM. If they have regular and/or weekend working hours, they should request time off as soon as possible.

○ We would like to encourage everyone to stay at the Anaheim Hilton Hotel. The Orange County Region is being encouraged to stay at the hotel.
22. Is the conference youth friendly? Should my campus leaders and students come?
○ Absolutely! They are the leadership of the future, so we can’t over-emphasize that campus students are totally welcome.

○ We would like to strongly encourage you to fly into the Santa Ana (John Wayne) Airport, as it is approx 14 miles away from the Hilton Anaheim Hotel. LAX is in LA County and is 36 miles from the Hilton Anaheim Hotel, and at high traffic times it can be over 1 hour to the the Hilton Anaheim.
