Arizona State Bar Hides Lawyers Misconduct From The Public

The U.S. Supreme Court has recognized:[1]

[concealment] breed[s] suspicion of prejudice and arbitrariness, which in turn spawns disrespect for law. Public access is essential, therefore, if trial adjudication is to achieve the objective of maintaining public confidence in the administration of justice;

but the Arizona State Bar conceals:

but the State Bar has refused to investigate my complaints,[3] and they are concealing those complaints from the public.

U.S. President Obama has recognized: “Government should be transparent. Transparency promotes accountability and provides information for citizens about what their Government is doing.”[4]
