The author using many examples of making decision to let the readers think about the decision that you make is right or not. This poem is all telling about what are you thinking about when you have some situation. The author shows many examples when you need to make a decision very quickly and maybe you need to make it right. I think the author wants to tell us maybe we need to think about it when we make a decision. Are we making the right decision? Will we feel regret when we make this decision.
Second TIEA
The similar part between the poem “Music” and “ What was going through your mind” is both author use examples and objects to describe what they’re going to show the readers and both author need the readers to think about the topic. “All birds which sing amidst the forest deep Till the flowers listen with unfolded bells.” and “What’s going through your mind when coach is yelling at you for dropping the ball? These two sentences are all using objects or examples to show the readers the main topic. The difference between these two poems are the punctuation. One poem is almost all using the question marks and another one is almost all using period. One poem is talking about decision and another poem is talking about music. The differences between these two poems are more than their similarities.
