Reservations

Online Reservations: Visit the Travel Services website and use the appropriate Car Rental Booking link for contract information and to book your travel.

Enterprise Holdings Clean Car Pledge

Eligible renters

Business Use: Employees, Consultants, Contractors and students who are at least 18 years and above engaging in active business on behalf of the school.

Non Business Use: Employees who wish to rent for personal use, student organizations or clubs directly affiliated with the University. Intramural sports organizations or clubs. Eligible renters may be required to provide evidence of eligibility at the time of rental.

Insurance

Free Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and automobile liability is included in the daily rate regardless of rate selected, on business for all domestic rentals.

Insurance requirements required for international rentals may vary by region for list of rates please contact travel@umn.edu

All rentals that are strictly for personal use will not include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) or Limited Liability Coverages. These coverages will be available for purchase through Enterprise and National at an additional cost.

All rentals that are strictly for personal use will have a separate contract ID and will be made through a separate booking link for personal rentals.
