Content Curators

Content curators are responsible for the selection and organization of relevant content for the Origins Reclaimed Circle community and social media, ensuring that it aligns with our  goals. Curators will focus on finding content that is educational for the Learn With Us section of the Circle and motivational or education content appropriate for social media.

Responsibilities:

  1. Content Discovery and Selection: Review the public content of partners of Origins Reclaimed and select content that aligns with our mission and will resonate with our circle community.
  2. Organization: Categorize and organize links on a shared spreadsheet for the team to upload to Circle or to use for social media content.
  3. Contribute Value:  Attend weekly meetings to provide input on context, commentary, or insights to the curated content.
  4. Engage: Engage with the Circle community and on social media accounts.


Social Media Content Creators

Social Media Content Creators work alongside content curators to transform curated content into engaging and meaningful posts for various social media platforms. The role involves creating original content that resonates with a wide audience, aligns with our inclusive, positive, and loving voice, and drives engagement across channels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create engaging social media content using curated material. This includes cutting videos for reels, stories, TikTok, etc, as well as visual content with quotes, tips, motivational statements.
  2. Ensures content aligns with Origins Reclaimed messaging and branding.
  3. Maintain consistency across all social media platforms.
  4. Collaborate with curators and other team members to stay aligned on content strategy.

Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager will collaborate with Nicole C. Scott and Jonathan Giles to oversee and manage all social media platforms. This role involves taking clips and content created by the content creators, designing posts, scheduling them, and ensuring consistent and timely publication. The Social Media Manager will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of social media channels, analyzing growth metrics, and driving strategies to expand the online presence and audience engagement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work with content creators to repurpose clips and materials into engaging social media posts.
  2. Schedule and publish posts across various social media platforms.
  3. Monitor and report on social media performance metrics (growth, engagement, etc) during weekly meetings.
  4. Provide guidance and support to curators on the type of content that is most engaging for our audience.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to increase social media presence and audience interaction.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency across platforms
