My dear Mr. Laszlo
I know I am being an unmitigated nuisance but I can’t help it, so please forgive me. I do so want to know whether you have settled yet as to whether my husband’s picture [7203] goes to your exhibition or not?[1] –
You know me well enough – to know that by writing
[Page 2]
I am not trying to force your hand! it is just hopeless curiosity & excitement – I should never even have dreamt of the possibility till you told my husband that you possibly might include it & now I do so want to know for sure – If you do, will you forgive me pointing out that his name is “Earl Stanhope DSO- M.C. without the “of” which is so much more usual! – Au revoir, I am coming up especially for your exhibition as it will be most exciting seeing

your pictures but I am wondering whether I shall ever get in, as I know the crowd will be tremendous.
Please remember me to Mrs Laszlo.
Yrs sincerely
Eileen Stanhope
