Historical Write-Up Documentation Checklist
Copies of all Bank Statements for entire year for the business. Please bring all bank statements for all bank accounts held for the business.
Copies of Checks written from these accounts. If your bank provides check images on your statements, only the statements are necessary. Check registers with detail or check ledgers are also sufficient
Copies of Deposit Slips written for these accounts. If your bank provides deposit slip images on your statements, only the statements are necessary.
Copies of Merchant Service deposit batches for these accounts that provide the total batch submitted to your bank account, along with a breakdown of the payments within the deposit batch.
Please bring copies of any other statements or registers pertaining to Assets on your Balance Sheet, such as:
Petty Cash Register/Receipts, Escrow activity, or Investment Statements. (This will not apply to most businesses.)
Copies of all Credit Card Statements for the entire year for the business.
Copies of all Loan Statements for the entire year for the business; including business loans, car loans, and mortgages.
Receipts for Cash Transactions.
