This is not a roadmap.

This is the game plan for how we’re going to make $DANK one of the most exciting meme tokens out there.

This document has a few parts:

• Part One: What’s next

• Part Two: Rollout Timeline/Phases

• Part Three: What Went Wrong Before and Why It Won't Happen Again

• Part Four: The New $DANK Vision

Feel free to jump around to whatever you’re interested in. We're breaking down everything we’re cooking to make $DANK’s second launch stand out from the first one. I know it’s a lot. I’ve been typing for a while lol

TLDR:

We’re working on big ideas that hype us up the most for Thomas The $DANK while keeping the growth of the project steady. This doc shares how we’re looking at each piece of the puzzle.

Why should you read this?

• If you wanna know what’s next for $DANK

• If you were frustrated with the old team the past few weeks

• If you're thinking of buying or selling $DANK

• If you're curious how we think about growth in meme tokens

• Or maybe you’re just bored and need something to read

Alright, check it out haha.

- TTD Core Team

Part One: What’s next

Our goal is simple: reignite the fire of $DANK. Not with empty promises of utility or some traditional roadmap, but with a fun, meme-driven approach with a strong focus on high-quality content.

#1 - Old Archive as Fuel: For the first few weeks, we’ll re-engage the community by dropping the old content cache.

Think of it as throwing fuel on the fire while we prep the new heat and chef’s new hands.

#2 - A Fresh Art Direction: After we wrap up with the old content,we’re flipping the script with a whole new visual style: a [redacted] hand-drawn aesthetic.

Drawing inspiration from the classic art of The Railway Series (1945–1977), where Thomas the Tank Engine was born, we’re blending nostalgia with a modern twist.

It’s bold, clean, and packed with personality, guaranteed to make us stand out
from the sea of meme tokens. You’ll see.

#3 - [REDACTED]

Part Two: Rollout Timeline/Phases

Phase 1: Getting Attention (Week 1-2)

• Goal: Re-engage the community with archived memes and hype up what’s coming next.
• Content: Daily meme drops from the old archive, with hints about the new [redacted] direction.

• Engagement: Memezillions of content, Re-engage the OGs, and X/Telegram organic community buzz-building.

Phase 2: Building Momo (Week 3-4)

• Goal: Start teasing the new art direction with sketches and sneak peeks.
• Content: Share rough sketches and early animations, ask for feedback, and let the community weigh in.

• Engagement: Polls, feedback sessions, more meme drops.

Phase 3: Full Push (After Week 4)

• Goal: Drop the new content, scale up KOL partnerships, and aim for bigger market caps.
• Content: High-quality, viral-worthy memes and viral content to fuel the push towards 1 - 5M market cap. Plus, we’ll start planning our YouTube Thomas The Dank series, TBD.

• Engagement: Giveaways, influencer shoutouts, meme raids, MM’s and nonstop momentum.

Part Three: What Went Wrong Before and Why It Won't Happen Again

We want to be upfront about $DANK’s past. The previous launch faced major challenges, but we’re a brand new team with a brand new chart here to do things differently.

Here’s what went wrong and why it won’t happen again:

What Went Wrong

• Mismanaged Launch: The original devs launched $DANK with a lot of hype but failed to deliver long-term. They focused on quick profits, leading to a pump to $10M market cap, followed by a fast decline. And fake volume to “farm” the token for several months.

• Sniped & Dumped: At launch, a big chunk of the supply was sniped by the original dev and his partners. Despite efforts to revive the project, every time there was momentum, they dumped on the community. This included deleting the Telegram group and crashing the chart by 60% on Aug 26.

• Failed Recovery: The previous CTO team spent months trying to save the coin, putting in both time and money. However, the original devs’ constant dumping and sabotage made recovery impossible. On top of that, they were paying for bots on Twitter and Telegram to fake engagement. They acknowledge now that you can’t fake community—you either have it, or you don’t. Paid promos and fake engagement don’t solve anything.

Why This Time Is Different

1. New Team, New Vision: We’re an entirely new team, with no connection to the old developers. We’ve got experience and we’re focused on long-term growth, not short-term gains.

2. Fair Relaunch: Unlike the past, this relaunch is fair and transparent. We’ve ensured the supply is well-distributed, and previous holders were airdropped tokens. No bots, no sniping. (READ tokenomics Part #5)

3. Sustainable Growth: This isn’t a quick pump-and-dump. We’re focused on steady growth with engaging content and a strong community behind us. We’re here to build something that lasts.

Part Four: The New $DANK Vision

We’re not just doing this for fun (though yeah, it’s a big part of it). We’re aiming higher.

• Content Evolution: We’re moving beyond typical meme content into something more artistic and engaging. We’re blurring the lines between standard meme culture and high-end art.

• Building a Core Community: Those who stick around for this third launch? They’re the real believers, and they’ll benefit the most when we hit our targets.

• Milestones: Our first goal is a stable $500k - 1M market cap. And scale up, adjust/fix what’s needed to rank our way UP.

We’ll be weaving these milestones into our content (sneaky number placements in banners, artworks, videos etc.) to get the community excited and pushing towards the next goal.

We’ve learned from the past and are ready to apply everything we’ve gained to make this third push a success. Your continued support would mean everything, and together, we’ll take $DANK to new heights.
