Limits of Physical offices and paper-based documents- Documents mostly prevalent in physical form, leading to huge administrative overhead- Challenge to residents in submitting multiple physical copies of the documents-challenge of verifying the authenticity of the documents eliminating need for visiting a office or submitting a copies of documents- Digio provides a paperless hassle free documentation for Indian residents and businesses.
The challenge:
Currently most of our transactions are paper-based. This throws up a challenge of securing original documents at both personal level and preserving them at institutional level. This leads to submission of physical copies by residents and verification of the same by concerned authorities. In addition to labour involved, the turn around time is huge and often inefficient.
The Infrastructure in Place
Digital India project is ensuring that Indian citizen avail all services electronically and required infrastructure is put in place for realizing the same.
Now entrepreneurs are taking advantage of India’s new service delivery system called IndiaStack. IndiaStack allows entrepreneurs to develop application using open APIs provided by Government. Aadhaar is national identity infrastructure that enables government and business to uniquely identify residents which is the first step in any service delivery mechanism. Many Aadhaar enabled enterprises- Novopay- are emerging and government and temples are also finding Aadhaar number as an effective tool for overcoming challenges.
The Solution
Digio is a new enterprise that helps residents and enterprises to run paperless documentation in their personal and official roles. For instance Now user can sign any document online.
It is entirely based on Aadhaar authentication. It saves efforts, energy environment and money.
