UPDATE: I had the wonderful opportunity to help @charlesreedtogo develop a free, easy-to-use Covid-19 Resource app with the goal of helping us everyone stay healthy, informed and safe during the #COVID19 pandemic. - Fill out the 2020 Census. The 2020 Census is suspending in-person collection for now, but we still need everyone to get counted.
- Get your absentee ballot. If you’re in one of the high-risk groups that could be most severely affected by the coronavirus, consider getting an absentee ballot that covers all the upcoming elections, from the April 28th Presidential Primaries through the November 3rd General Elections. Go to elections.ny.gov and they’ll walk you through the process. Note: time sensitive. Applications must be postmarked no later than April 3rd and received by the Board of Elections no later than April 8th for you to be eligible to vote in the Primary. You can also go to vote.org.
