Urgent: ENHYPEN Member Safety and Group Integrity

BODY:

Dear Belift Lab Team,

We, as ENGENE, are deeply concerned about the recent developments, particularly the sudden exit of Lee Heeseung. We believe direct communication with Belift Lab, the party responsible for decisions, is essential.

1. Members’ safety and mental health

The abrupt nature of the process is causing significant stress for the members. Sasaeng behaviors, social media scrutiny, and leaks of personal information endanger their well-being. We strongly urge preventive measures.

2. Group integrity

ENHYPEN’s identity relies on its seven members. The absence or permanent departure of Lee Heeseung could harm both fan morale and member cohesion. We hope the group continues as OT7.

3. Fair treatment and transparency

ENHYPEN has immense commercial value. Their latest album sold 1.65 million copies on day one and debuted at No. 2 on Billboard 200. Recent instability affected HYBE shares, which dropped roughly 23,62% over 18 business days, corresponding to a market loss of about 3.587,7 billion KRW. Over 2 million fans have petitioned for reconsideration. Allowing solo activities while maintaining group duties, as common in K-pop, is the fair approach. Transparent communication is crucial to maintain trust.

4. Support and hope

We sincerely hope for Lee Heeseung’s return and that all members can continue safely. We ask for company measures to protect both fans and members.

Thank you for your understanding.

Sincerely,

Corporate Concern: ENHYPEN’s Future and Market Stability

BODY:

Dear HYBE Investor Relations, and to the attention of Outside Director Lee Sang-Seung and Park Young-Ho,

We, as longtime ENGENE and supporters of ENHYPEN under HYBE, are writing to express our serious concerns and expectations regarding recent developments.

In particular, the sudden and non-transparent handling of the situation involving Lee Heeseung has had negative effects not only on the fan community but also on the group’s overall perception and brand value.

In this context, we would like to highlight the following key points:

1. Brand value and group integrity

ENHYPEN has grown into a globally recognized brand, built upon strong group dynamics and its OT7 identity. Any disruption to this integrity risks damaging both fan loyalty and the group’s long-term brand value.

2. Transparency and trust relationship

The lack of clear and consistent communication throughout this process, combined with the continuation of content and event planning including Lee Heeseung, has made the statement “we have been discussing this for a long time and come to this decision” difficult for fans to trust. This has led to increased speculation and presents a risk to corporate reputation.

3. Artist welfare and safety

The mental well-being and physical safety of artists are essential for sustainable success. Increased social media pressure, sasaeng behavior, and the exposure of personal information pose serious threats. We believe that stronger and more visible measures must be taken to ensure the safety of the members.

4. Fair career management

ENHYPEN is one of HYBE’s most commercially significant acts. Their latest album sold 1.65 million copies on its first day, debuting at number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. Destabilizing this group without offering the same parallel solo arrangements provided to other HYBE artists will result in tangible financial consequences. HYBE’s shares lost approximately 23,62% in value based on closing prices over the 18 business days following the announcement, corresponding to a market value loss of roughly 3.587,7 billion KRW. Over 2 million people have signed a petition asking this decision to be reconsidered.

In the K-pop industry, artists releasing solo projects while continuing their group activities is a common practice. Choi Yeonjun of TXT is a clear example of this. We believe it is necessary for ENHYPEN members to have similar personal career opportunities. In this context, Lee Heeseung pursuing solo projects while continuing group activities would be the most balanced and healthy approach.

5. Long-term impact

Decisions made during this critical growth period will have not only short-term but also long-term consequences. Uncertainty and division within the fan community may negatively affect the group’s future growth and stability.

We, as ENGENE who have supported ENHYPEN for years, strongly request that the group continues its activities with all seven members and that Lee Heeseung returns. We also expect that the safety of the artists will be ensured and that future processes will be managed with greater transparency.

We kindly ask that these concerns be carefully considered from both corporate and artistic perspectives.

Thank you for your attention.

Brand Value at Risk: ENHYPEN and Recent Developments

BODY:

Dear HYBE Management, including Isaac Lee and Kevin Mayer,

As ENGENE, who have consistently supported ENHYPEN under HYBE, we are writing to communicate our concerns about recent developments affecting the group, fans, and brand value.

The sudden and unclear process surrounding Lee Heeseung’s departure has created significant instability within the fan community. His statement, “we have been discussing this for a long time and come to this decision,” included in all future plans, has eroded trust. We believe these effects are emotional and financially measurable.

1. Fan reliance and financial sustainability

Fan loyalty drives album sales, concert attendance, and digital engagement at scale. The current uncertainty threatens this loyalty and risks long-term revenue.

2. Group integrity and brand value

ENHYPEN’s OT7 identity forms the foundation of its global brand. Any alteration in this structure affects artistic and commercial value, changing the brand’s essential identity.

3. Transparency and market perception

Insufficient communication encourages speculation, negatively affecting both fans and external perceptions. While it may attract attention short-term, it harms trust long-term.

4. Artists’ welfare and operational risks

Protecting the mental and physical well-being of members is crucial. Social media pressure, sasaeng activity, and personal information leaks pose real operational risks.

5. Balanced career management

ENHYPEN’s latest album sold 1.65 million copies on day one, debuting at number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. Destabilization without offering parallel solo arrangements like other HYBE artists has tangible consequences. Shares fell 23,62% over 18 business days, equating to a market value loss of roughly 3.587,7 billion KRW. Over 2 million fans petitioned for reconsideration.

Artists maintaining solo projects alongside group participation is standard in K-pop. Choi Yeonjun of TXT is a clear example. ENHYPEN members progressing individually while maintaining the group is a healthier long-term strategy.

We strongly support Lee Heeseung pursuing solo projects while keeping ENHYPEN as a seven-member group to preserve emotional connection, financial stability, and brand continuity.

Thank you for your attention.

Urgent: Concern Regarding ENHYPEN and Lee Heeseung’s Situation

BODY:

Dear Belift Lab Team,

As ENGENE, we would like to express our deep concerns regarding recent developments, particularly the sudden departure of Lee Heeseung. We believe it is important to directly reach out to Belift Lab, as the company responsible for these decisions.

As fans, we would like to highlight the following points:

1. Members’ mental well-being and safety

The sudden and unclear nature of this situation places significant psychological pressure on the members. Increasing attention on social media, sasaeng behavior, and the exposure of personal information pose serious risks to their safety. We urge the company to take stronger measures to protect them.

2. The integrity of the group

ENHYPEN’s identity is built on its seven members, and the OT7 bond is deeply important to fans. Any continuation without Lee Heeseung would negatively impact both the members’ morale and the fans’ trust. We strongly hope the group continues as seven, as it has for the past six years.

3. Fair opportunities and transparency

ENHYPEN is one of HYBE’s most commercially successful groups. Their latest album sold 1.65 million copies on its first day and debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200. Following recent developments, HYBE’s share value declined by approximately 23,62% over 18 business days, reflecting a market loss of around 3.587,7 billion KRW. Additionally, over 2 million fans have signed petitions calling for reconsideration.

In the K-pop industry, it is common for artists to pursue solo projects while remaining active in their groups. For example, Choi Yeonjun from TXT continues group activities alongside individual work. We believe similar opportunities should be available to ENHYPEN members. Allowing Lee Heeseung to pursue solo activities while remaining in the group would be a balanced and healthy approach. Transparent communication throughout this process is also essential to rebuild trust.

4. Hope and support

We sincerely hope for Lee Heeseung’s return and wish for all members to continue their careers in a safe and fair environment. We kindly ask the company to take meaningful steps that support both the artists and their fans.

We respectfully request that you prioritize the members’ safety and well-being, while maintaining the group’s unity and ensuring transparency.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Investor Concern: ENHYPEN Brand Value, Market Impact, and Transparency

BODY:

Dear HYBE Management, including Isaac Lee and Kevin Mayer,

We, as ENGENE, longstanding supporters of ENHYPEN under HYBE, are writing to convey our serious concerns regarding recent developments and their impact on the group, the fan community, and indirectly, the brand value.

The sudden and non-transparent nature of Lee Heeseung’s departure has created uncertainty and instability within the fandom. His statement, “we have been discussing this for a long time and come to this decision,” combined with being included in all of ENHYPEN’s future plans, has generated distrust. We believe the implications are both emotional and quantifiable financially.

1. Fan reliance and financial sustainability

Fan loyalty is crucial in the K-pop industry, directly affecting revenue streams. Album sales, concert attendance, and digital engagement rely on fan support at a massive scale. The current uncertainty poses a risk to this loyalty and long-term revenue.

2. Group integrity and brand value

ENHYPEN’s OT7 identity is central to its global brand. Any change to this structure affects both artistic and commercial value, altering the core identity for fans and the brand alike.

3. Transparency and market perception

Lack of clear information amplifies speculation, creating negative perceptions both inside the fan community and externally. Such uncertainty may draw short-term attention but undermines trust over time.

4. Artists’ welfare and operational risks

Maintaining members’ psychological and physical well-being is essential for sustainable performance. Social media pressure, sasaeng behaviors, and personal information leaks are serious threats that must be managed.

5. Balanced career management

ENHYPEN is one of HYBE’s most commercially significant acts. Their latest album sold 1.65 million copies on its first day, debuting at number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. In K-pop, pursuing solo projects while maintaining group activities is a common and successful approach. Choi Yeonjun of TXT exemplifies this. Enabling ENHYPEN members to pursue solo careers while maintaining group balance ensures long-term growth.

We, as the supportive community, strongly advocate for Lee Heeseung’s solo activities while ENHYPEN remains a seven-member group. This approach preserves both emotional connection and sustainable brand stability.

Preserving ENGENE trust is essential for long-term success.

URGENT: Concerns Regarding ENHYPEN’s Integrity and Member Safety

BODY:

Dear Belift Lab Team,

As ENHYPEN fans ENGENE, we are very concerned regarding the recent matters, especially the sudden departure of Lee Heeseung. We thought directly getting into contact with you is necessary since we know Belift Lab is the party directly responsible for making decisions.

As ENGENE we would like to share the followings:

1.Members' mental well-being and safety

The sudden and unexplained progress of the process has a serious psychological pressure on the members. The intense attention in the social media, sasaeng behaviors and the leak of personal information threatens the safety of the members. We demand that the company takes precautions to protect them.

2.The integrity of the group

ENHYPEN is complete with its seven members and the OT7 spirit is very important for the fans. Lee Heeseung not returning to the group or leaving entirely is going to cause an important decrease of morale both for the members and the fans. We demand that the group we have been supporting for 6 years continue its activities with all members.

3.Fair opportunities and transparency

ENHYPEN is one of HYBE’s most commercially significant acts. Their latest album sold 1.65 million copies on its first day, debuting at number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. Over 2 million people have signed a petition asking this decision to be reconsidered. The reputational and commercial damage resulting from this situation is continuing to escalate.

In the K-POP industry, artists releasing solo projects while continuing their group activities is a common practice. Yeonjun of TXT, who is under another subsidiary of HYBE, is one of the biggest examples of this. We think it’s necessary for ENHYPEN members to have personal career opportunities. In this context, Lee Heeseung releasing his solo project while continuing his group activities is going to be the healthiest approach. Also transparent and clear informing regarding the process is going to strengthen the sense of trust for the members and fans.

4.Hope and support

We are sincerely waiting for Lee Heeseung’s return to the group besides wanting group members’ careers to progress both safely and fairly. We request your company to take steps to support both the members and fans.

We request that you prioritize the safety and well-being of the members, taking into account the effects of this process on ENGENE while adopting an approach that will protect the group’s unity and ensure transparency.

Thank you for your interest and understanding.

URGENT: Concerns Regarding ENHYPEN’s Brand Value, Transparency, and Long-Term Growth.

BODY:

Dear HYBE Investor Relations, and to the attention of Outside Director Lee Sang-Seung and Park Young-Ho,

We, as longtime fans and supporters of ENHYPEN, operating under HYBE, are writing this e-mail to express our serious concerns and expectations regarding the recent events.

Especially the process regarding Lee Heeseung being so sudden and still going on non-transparent has negative effects not only on the fan community but also on the group’s general perception and brand value.

In this context the major topics we want to draw attention to are as follows:

1.Brand value and group integrity

ENHYPEN became a globally strong brand and this achievement built upon the group dynamics and ‘’OT7’’ identity. This integrity being ruined can affect both the fan loyalty and the long-term brand value negatively.

2.Transparency and trust relationship

The fact that the process was not shared openly enough and ENHYPEN’s future event plans were made with content including Lee Heeseung caused the “we have been discussing this for a long time and come to this decision’’ statement to create distrust among the fans and lead to speculation. This situation presents a risk in the aspect of corporate reputation.

3.Artist welfare and safety

Artists’ mental well-being and physical safety is critically important for sustainable success. We believe that taking stronger and more visible precautions against serious safety issues such as social media pressure, sasaeng behavior and personal information leaks is necessary.

4.Fair career management

ENHYPEN is one of HYBE’s most commercially significant acts. Their latest album sold 1.65 million copies on its first day, debuting at number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. 5.Long-term impact

The decisions made during the group’s critical and rising period are going to have not just short-term consequences but also long-term ones. Uncertainty and divisions within the fan community could impact the group’s growth negatively.

We, as ENGENE who believes in ENHYPEN’s future and have been supporting them for years, strongly demand that the group continues its activities with all seven members and Lee Heeseung returns to the group. We also expect the artists’ safety to be ensured and the processes to be managed more clearly.

We request these topics to be momentously considered in the aspect of both corporate and art.

URGENT: Concerns Regarding ENHYPEN’s Stability and Brand Value

BODY:

Dear HYBE Management, including Isaac Lee and Kevin Mayer,

We, ENGENE, longtime supporters of ENHYPEN operating under HYBE, would like to share our concerns regarding the recent events’ impact on the group, fan community and indirectly the brand value.

Especially the uncertainty of the process regarding Lee Heeseung’s sudden departure from the group has resulted with a serious sense of instability among the fan community. Lee Heeseung’s “we have been discussing this for a long time and come to this decision’’ statement, who was included all of ENHYPEN's future plans, created a sense of distrust. We think this situation has not only emotional but also quantifiable financial impact.

1.Fan reliance and financial sustainability

Fan loyalty in the K-POP industry is one of the biggest factors that directly affects the revenue stream. Album sales, concert attendances and digital engagements rely on fan loyalty on a vast scale. The current uncertainty environment is a risk for this loyalty to weaken and revenue loss in the long-term.

2.Group integrity and brand value

ENHYPEN became a global brand with its ‘’OT7’’ identity. This structure being changed, can affect the group’s not only art value but also its commercial value. This not only means a deficiency of a member to the fans but it also means a change in the brand’s major identity.

3.Transparancy and market sense

Lack of information and unclear processes increase the speculations, creating a negative perception both in the fan community and from outside. These kinds of uncertainties may draw attention in short-term, but cause loss of trust in long-term.

4.Artists’ welfare and operational risks

Artists’ psychological well-being and safety is critically important for sustainable performance. The lack of adequate control over issues such as social media pressure, sasaeng behaviors and leak of personal information can negatively impact both individual performance and group activities.

5.Balanced career management

ENHYPEN is one of HYBE’s most commercially significant acts. Their latest album sold 1.65 million copies on its first day, debuting at number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. Yeonjun of TXT, who is under another subsidiary of HYBE, is one of the biggest examples of this. For ENHYPEN members to progress both individually and as a group while maintaining the balance is going to be a healthier approach in terms of long-term value investment.

We, as a community who has been supporting the group, strongly support Lee Heeseung’s solo projects and career while ENHYPEN remains as a seven member group. We believe this is the best approach, not only in terms of emotional but also in terms of sustainable growth and brand stability.

Please note that preserving ENGENE’s trust is vital for achieving long-term success.

Thank you for your interest and consideration.

ENHYPEN: Transparency, Safety, and Corporate Concern

BODY:

Dear HYBE Investor Relations, and to the attention of Outside Director Lee Sang-Seung and Park Young-Ho,

As ENGENE who have supported ENHYPEN for many years, we are writing to express our deep concern regarding recent developments.

The sudden and non-transparent process involving Lee Heeseung has caused confusion and concern, affecting not only fans but also the overall perception and brand value of the group.

We would like to emphasize the following points:

1. Brand value and group integrity

ENHYPEN’s global success has been built on its strong group dynamic and OT7 identity. Any disruption to this structure may weaken fan loyalty and damage the group’s long-term brand value.

2. Transparency and trust relationship

The lack of transparent communication, combined with the continuation of scheduled content involving Lee Heeseung, has made previous statements difficult for fans to trust. This situation has increased speculation and poses a risk to corporate credibility.

3. Artist welfare and safety

The members’ mental well-being and safety must remain a priority. Social media pressure, sasaeng behavior, and personal information leaks are serious concerns that require stronger protective measures.

4. Fair career management

ENHYPEN is one of HYBE’s most commercially valuable groups. Their latest album sold 1.65 million copies on its first day and debuted at number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. HYBE’s shares declined by approximately 23,62% over the 18 business days following the announcement, reflecting a market value loss of around 3.587,7 billion KRW. Over 2 million people have signed petitions requesting reconsideration.

In the K-pop industry, balancing solo activities with group promotions is a well-established practice. Choi Yeonjun from TXT serves as a strong example. Allowing Lee Heeseung to pursue solo work while remaining in ENHYPEN would represent a reasonable and healthy solution.

5. Long-term impact

The decisions made at this stage will influence not only the present but also the group’s long-term trajectory. Division and uncertainty within the fandom could negatively affect future growth.

As ENGENE, we strongly hope that ENHYPEN will continue as seven members and that Lee Heeseung will return. We also expect improved transparency and stronger measures to ensure the members’ safety.

We respectfully request that these concerns be carefully evaluated.

Thank you for your consideration.

Dear HYBE Management, including Isaac Lee and Kevin Mayer,

As ENGENE, longtime fans and supporters of ENHYPEN under HYBE, we are deeply concerned about recent events and their impact on the group, the fan community, and the brand’s reputation.

The sudden departure of Lee Heeseung, combined with the non-transparent process and his statement “we have been discussing this for a long time and come to this decision,” has created widespread distrust and uncertainty. We view these effects as both emotional and financially significant.

1. Fan reliance and financial sustainability

In K-pop, fan loyalty directly influences album sales, concert attendance, and digital engagement. Uncertainty threatens this loyalty, creating risk for long-term revenue streams.

2. Group integrity and brand value

ENHYPEN’s OT7 identity is central to its global brand. Removing or changing this structure impacts both artistic integrity and commercial value, fundamentally altering the brand identity.

3. Transparency and market sense

The lack of transparent communication encourages speculation and creates a negative perception both internally among fans and externally. While uncertainty may draw attention in the short term, it erodes trust over time.

4. Artists’ welfare and operational risks

Maintaining mental well-being and safety is critical. Social media pressure, sasaeng behaviors, and personal information leaks are serious risks that require visible and proactive mitigation.

5. Balanced career management

ENHYPEN is one of HYBE’s most commercially significant acts. Their latest album sold 1.65 million copies on its first day, debuting at number 2 on Billboard 200. Destabilizing the group without offering parallel solo arrangements like other HYBE artists has measurable consequences. HYBE shares lost 23,62% over 18 business days, amounting to a market loss of roughly 3.587,7 billion KRW. More than 2 million fans petitioned for reconsideration.

K-pop practice shows that solo projects alongside group activities are successful. Choi Yeonjun of TXT demonstrates this. Enabling ENHYPEN members to pursue solo careers while maintaining group balance supports long-term value.

We strongly advocate for Lee Heeseung’s solo projects while keeping ENHYPEN as a seven-member group. This ensures emotional, financial, and brand stability, while preserving fan trust.

Thank you for your attention.

Urgent: For ENHYPEN’s Integrity and Fans’ Trust

BODY:

Dear Belift Lab Team,

As ENGENE, we are deeply worried about the sudden departure of Lee Heeseung. We feel it is crucial to directly contact Belift Lab, as your decisions have significant effects on the members and fans.

1. Members’ mental well-being

The abrupt and unexplained process causes psychological pressure. Social media attention, sasaeng behavior, and leaks of personal information threaten the members’ safety. We ask that immediate measures be taken to protect them.

2. Group integrity

ENHYPEN’s identity is built on its seven members. Lee Heeseung leaving or not returning would greatly reduce morale for both members and fans. The group should continue as OT7, as it has for 6 years.

3. Fair treatment and transparency

ENHYPEN is commercially significant. Their latest album sold 1.65 million copies on the first day, debuting at No. 2 on Billboard 200. HYBE shares lost ~23,62% over the 18 business days following the announcement, approximately 3.587,7 billion KRW in market value. Over 2 million fans petitioned for reconsideration. Solo projects alongside group activities are standard in K-pop. Allowing Lee Heeseung to pursue solo work while staying in the group is the healthiest approach, with transparent communication throughout.

4. Hope and support

We sincerely hope for Lee Heeseung’s return and safe progression for all members. We request the company to support both the members and fans.

Thank you for your attention.

Investor Concern: ENHYPEN Brand Value, Transparency, and Risk

BODY:

Dear HYBE Investor Relations, and to the attention of Outside Director Lee Sang-Seung and Park Young-Ho,

We, as longtime ENGENE and dedicated supporters of ENHYPEN under HYBE, are writing to express our serious concerns and expectations regarding the recent developments.

The situation surrounding Lee Heeseung, particularly the sudden and non-transparent nature of the process, has led to growing concern not only within the fan community but also in relation to the group’s public perception and brand value.

In this regard, we would like to highlight the following key points:

1. Brand value and group integrity

ENHYPEN has established itself as a globally recognized brand through its strong group dynamics and the OT7 identity. This structure is fundamental to both fan loyalty and the group’s long-term value. Any disruption to this integrity may lead to a weakening of brand strength and audience trust.

2. Transparency and trust relationship

The process has not been communicated with sufficient clarity. Furthermore, the continuation of event plans and content including Lee Heeseung has made the statement “we have been discussing this for a long time and come to this decision” difficult for fans to accept. This inconsistency has led to confusion, increased speculation, and poses a potential risk to corporate credibility.

3. Artist welfare and safety

The mental well-being and physical safety of artists are critical components of sustainable success. The current situation has intensified social media pressure, sasaeng behavior, and risks related to personal information leaks. We believe that stronger, clearer, and more visible protective measures must be implemented.

4. Fair career management

ENHYPEN is one of HYBE’s most commercially significant acts. Their latest album sold 1.65 million copies on its first day, debuting at number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. Destabilizing such a group without offering equivalent solo opportunities provided to other HYBE artists will have tangible financial consequences. HYBE’s shares declined by approximately 23,62% over the 18 business days following the announcement, representing a market value loss of around 3.587,7 billion KRW. Additionally, more than 2 million people have signed petitions requesting reconsideration.

In the K-pop industry, it is common for artists to release solo projects while maintaining group activities. Choi Yeonjun from TXT serves as a notable example. We believe ENHYPEN members should be granted similar opportunities. In this context, Lee Heeseung pursuing solo work while remaining active in the group would represent a balanced and sustainable approach.

5. Long-term impact

Decisions made during this crucial growth period will shape not only immediate outcomes but also the long-term trajectory of the group. Ongoing uncertainty and division within the fandom may hinder ENHYPEN’s future growth and stability.

As ENGENE who have supported ENHYPEN for years, we strongly request that the group continues its activities as seven members and that Lee Heeseung returns. We also expect improved transparency and stronger measures to ensure the safety of the artists.

We kindly ask that these matters be carefully considered from both corporate and artistic perspectives.

Thank you for your attention.

ENGENE Concern: ENHYPEN Fan Trust and Brand Stability

BODY:

Dear HYBE Management, including Isaac Lee and Kevin Mayer,

We, as ENGENE, longstanding supporters of ENHYPEN under HYBE, are reaching out to share our serious concerns regarding the recent developments and their impact on the group, the fan community, and indirectly the brand value.

The sudden and non-transparent handling of Lee Heeseung’s departure has caused significant instability among the fan base. His statement, “we have been discussing this for a long time and come to this decision,” included in all ENHYPEN future plans, has created a sense of distrust. We believe this situation has emotional consequences and quantifiable financial impact.

1. Fan reliance and financial sustainability

Fan loyalty is a primary driver of revenue in the K-POP industry. Album sales, concert attendance, and digital engagement rely heavily on strong and consistent fan support. The current uncertainty represents a risk to this loyalty and potential long-term revenue.

2. Group integrity and brand value

ENHYPEN’s identity as an OT7 group is central to its global brand. Any alteration or destabilization of this structure can negatively affect both artistic value and commercial reputation, undermining a core element of the brand.

3. Transparency and market perception

Limited communication and unclear processes increase speculation, creating negative perceptions both internally among fans and externally. While uncertainty may attract short-term attention, it risks long-term erosion of trust and market confidence.

4. Artists’ welfare and operational risks

The mental well-being and safety of the members is crucial for sustainable performance. Social media pressure, sasaeng behaviors, and the exposure of personal information are serious threats requiring stronger and visible protective measures.

5. Balanced career management

ENHYPEN is one of HYBE’s most commercially impactful acts. Their latest album sold 1.65 million copies on its first day, debuting at number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. Destabilizing this group without providing the same parallel solo arrangements offered to other HYBE artists will result in tangible financial consequences. HYBE shares lost approximately 23,62% over 18 business days, corresponding to a market value loss of roughly 3.587,7 billion KRW. More than 2 million fans have signed petitions requesting reconsideration.

In the K-POP industry, releasing solo projects while maintaining group activities is a common and successful approach. Choi Yeonjun from TXT is a prime example. Supporting ENHYPEN members to progress both individually and as a group ensures long-term growth and sustainability.

We, as a community, strongly advocate for Lee Heeseung’s solo projects while keeping ENHYPEN as a seven-member group, maintaining both emotional connection and brand stability.

Preserving ENGENE trust is essential for long-term success.

Concern Regarding ENHYPEN’s Brand Value and Management

BODY:

Dear HYBE Investor Relations, and to the attention of Outside Director Lee Sang-Seung and Park Young-Ho,

As ENGENE who have supported ENHYPEN consistently over the years, we are writing to express our deep concern regarding the recent developments.

The sudden and non-transparent handling of Lee Heeseung’s situation has created confusion, concern, and a growing sense of distrust among fans, while also negatively affecting the group’s public image and brand value.

We would like to respectfully present the following concerns:

1. Brand value and group integrity

ENHYPEN’s global success is built upon the unity of its seven members and the OT7 identity. This structure is essential for maintaining fan loyalty and long-term brand value. Any disruption to this balance may weaken both.

2. Transparency and trust relationship

The lack of transparent communication, alongside the continuation of scheduled content involving Lee Heeseung, has made previous statements difficult for fans to believe. This has increased speculation and represents a risk for corporate reputation.

3. Artist welfare and safety

The safety and mental well-being of the members must be prioritized. Social media pressure, sasaeng behavior, and personal information leaks are serious concerns that require immediate and visible action.

4. Fair career management

ENHYPEN is one of HYBE’s most commercially impactful groups. Their latest album sold 1.65 million copies on its first day and debuted at number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. Within the K-pop industry, it is widely accepted for artists to pursue solo projects while continuing group activities. Choi Yeonjun of TXT represents one of the strongest examples. Allowing Lee Heeseung to pursue solo activities while remaining in ENHYPEN would be a reasonable and healthy solution.

5. Long-term impact

The current decisions will influence not only the present but also ENHYPEN’s long-term future. Division within the fandom and uncertainty surrounding the group may negatively impact their growth trajectory.

As ENGENE, we sincerely hope that ENHYPEN will continue as seven members and that Lee Heeseung will return. We also expect stronger transparency and prioritization of the members’ safety.

We respectfully request that these concerns be taken into serious consideration.

Investor Alert: ENHYPEN Group Integrity and Market Impact

BODY:

Dear HYBE Management, including Isaac Lee and Kevin Mayer,

As ENGENE, who have passionately supported ENHYPEN under HYBE for many years, we are writing to express our serious concern regarding recent developments and their impact on the group, fans, and brand value.

The sudden and unclear process regarding Lee Heeseung’s departure has generated instability and a sense of distrust among the fan community. His statement, “we have been discussing this for a long time and come to this decision,” which was included in all ENHYPEN future plans, further contributes to this uncertainty. These effects are both emotional and financially significant.

1. Fan reliance and financial sustainability

Fan loyalty drives album sales, concert participation, and digital engagement in K-POP. Any weakening of this loyalty due to uncertainty represents a risk to long-term revenue and sustainability.

2. Group integrity and brand value

ENHYPEN’s OT7 identity forms the foundation of its global brand. Any modification or destabilization of this structure negatively affects both artistic value and commercial credibility, altering the brand’s core identity.

3. Transparency and market perception

Unclear communication and lack of information fuel speculation, creating negative perceptions among fans and externally. While this uncertainty may attract short-term attention, it undermines long-term trust and market confidence.

Investor Concern: ENHYPEN Brand Value, Transparency, and Risk

BODY:

Dear HYBE Investor Relations, and to the attention of Outside Director Lee Sang-Seung and Park Young-Ho,

We are writing as ENGENE to formally express our concerns regarding the recent developments affecting ENHYPEN.

The sudden and non-transparent process involving Lee Heeseung has negatively impacted fan trust, brand perception, and overall confidence in the company’s decision-making process.

In this context, we would like to emphasize the following:

1. Brand value and group integrity

ENHYPEN’s global success has been built on its seven-member structure and OT7 identity. Any disruption to this structure risks damaging fan loyalty and long-term brand value.

2. Transparency and trust relationship

The inconsistency between ongoing content involving Lee Heeseung and statements regarding long-term decision-making has created distrust among fans. This situation increases speculation and poses a reputational risk.

3. Artist welfare and safety

The mental and physical well-being of the members must be protected. Social media pressure, sasaeng behavior, and personal data leaks represent serious threats that require immediate and visible action.

4. Fair career management

ENHYPEN remains one of HYBE’s most commercially significant acts. Their latest album sold 1.65 million copies on its first day and debuted at number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. HYBE’s shares declined by approximately 23,62% over the 18 business days following the announcement, resulting in a market value loss of approximately 3.587,7 billion KRW. 5. Long-term impact

Decisions made at this stage will have lasting effects on ENHYPEN’s future. Continued uncertainty and division within the fandom may hinder long-term growth and stability.

We strongly request that ENHYPEN continues its activities as a seven-member group and that Lee Heeseung returns. We also expect improved transparency and stronger protection for the artists.

We respectfully ask that these concerns be seriously considered from both corporate and artistic perspectives.

Urgent: ENHYPEN OT7 Stability & Market Impact

BODY:

Dear HYBE Management, including Isaac Lee and Kevin Mayer,

We, ENGENE and long-term supporters of ENHYPEN under HYBE, wish to express our deep concern regarding recent events affecting the group, the fan base, and the brand’s value.

The sudden departure of Lee Heeseung, coupled with a non-transparent process and the statement, “we have been discussing this for a long time and come to this decision,” included in all future plans, has caused instability and distrust within the fandom. TAB 9 / BOYCOTT

NOT AN EMAIL TEMPLATE but with this document we also would like to remind everyone the importance of boycott and why we must keep boycotting.

(Before we start, if the pics are blurry please open the doc with ‘google docs’ app <33)

It’s a fact that we all waited for this date (shareholders meeting) but nothing is clear right now and we should NOT stop. We have to get louder and more annoying until we get Heeseung back or at least a proper statement.

Let’s go back to square one; ‘’What if it was Heeseung’s decision?’’

The answer is no. But how do we know that?

  1. In his letter Heeseung said he decided to follow the direction suggested by the company.

  1. In the K-pop industry, there's signs when a member is planning to leave their group. This mostly being that member going on a hiatus before the announcement. But with Heeseung things weren’t like that. He was included in every single schedule.

  • He was supposed to fly to Australia with the rest of the members, but cancelled at the last minute.
  • His fancalls were cancelled then rescheduled.
  • In the first days, the merch that was scheduled to be announced rescheduled for another date and it still had Heeseung.
  • The Japanese version of The Sin:Vanish still included Heeseung.
  • En-O’clock went on a sudden hiatus even though we saw Heeseung in the trailer.

(There is a more detailed doc an ENGENE made about this topic im leaving it here:)

ENGENE_Heeseung_Analysis.docx

They are trying to erase Heeseung step by step, including him to the merches and albums just to milk money.

We are sure that you all know these articles:

As you can see, if ENHYPEN continues to rise without Heeseung, we will keep seeing headlines like this:

“Heeseung was missing, but ENHYPEN was doing fine. They are making a strong comeback on the U.S. Billboard charts.”

This is exactly what we have been trying to explain from the beginning.

The Sin: Vanish was prepared and released(on Jan 16) while Heeseung was still a member of ENHYPEN. And his departure was only announced on March 10, 2026. This means that everything from January 16, 2026 until now is also the result of Heeseung’s efforts as much as the other 6 members’.

As ENGENE we all have one wish, getting Heeseung back and ENHYPEN being 7 again with better working conditions.

To be able to achieve that we must show them that we are not okay with the current situation.

How are we going to do that? As we all witnessed the company does NOT care about our or members’ feelings. All they care about is money and money only. So;

  • Do not buy any albums or merches from any group under HYBE
  • Cancel your Weverse Membership if you have and delete the app
  • Do not stream to any group’s music that is under HYBE
  • Unfollow all the groups’ official accounts under HYBE from all platforms

We would like to specially point out that this boycott we are doing is administrative for the company itself, not to the members.

It's a common misconception that boycott efforts (like avoiding album and merch sales, Weverse membership and streaming) directly impact the artists, when in fact, the revenue mostly goes to the company rather than the members themselves.

I’m also leaving a Canva slide as a proof and for a more detailed explanation.

https://www.canva.com/design/DAHENvjou5o/dS-ZW5MrHFCLgWSrbZ5RYg/view?utm_content=DAHENvjou5o&utm_campaign=designshare&utm_medium=link&utm_source=viewer

There’s also a misunderstanding like ‘’If we boycott, HYBE is going to stop promoting to ENHYPEN.’’ No they won’t. ENHYPEN is the second biggest IP in HYBE. Losing ENHYPEN means losing a huge amount of money and they can’t stand losing money. I know this can lead to questions like ‘’ Then why did they remove Heeseung? Doesn't this also mean a loss of money?’’ If you’re confused about this please go a little up and read the ‘’Heeseung Analysis’’ doc i added.

Also seeing how much value the HYBE stocks lost over the 2 past weeks we can clearly say that the boycott is working. As we stated in the e-mail templates doc, stocks lost approximately  15,42% in value based on closing prices over the 15 business days following the announcement, corresponding to a market value loss of roughly 2.339,8 billion KRW. This is a huge number.

Attached is a table of the decisions made during the meeting and their approval ratios. We must pay close attention to these ratios, as they indicate the percentage of shareholder support for each decision.

‘’No.5’’ is one of the most important articles. This article is about the income of the company’s director. Shareholders are against it if the director’s salary is more than the company’s total revenue. As you can see this article has a 69% approval ratio (which has the least approval votes among all articles) so specifying the director’s income and its acceptance was a narrowly approved decision. THIS MEANS shareholders do NOT think the company's total revenue and the director’s salary is directly proportional, they are against the director earning too much since the company is not bringing in ‘’enough’’ money. Overall, shareholders are NOT satisfied with the company’s current performance.

In conclusion, shareholders not being okay with the director’s salary is the proof that the company is not doing financially okay.

The company is trying to make their stocks go up by giving a voice to the small shareholders (they didn’t have a say until today) and aiming to go even more global to collect more shareholders there. Making stocks go up is their only purpose right now.

Original post: https://x.com/i/status/2038943647480115621

Below is a sheet regarding today’s meeting.

The company’s total assets stand at 153 billion, while its total debts are 93 billion. However, the company’s actual equity is only 59 billion.

We can say that the company relies more on debt than on its own cash flow to stay afloat. Why are the assets high? Because the assets section includes ‘’receivables’’ (money owed to the company) rather than just liquid cash.

The company’s debt ratio is higher than average, but hasn’t reached a full-blown crisis level yet. But they are definitely feeling the pressure.

Since this is just a balance sheet, we can’t see their actual revenue/income levels. However, if the company’s revenue starts to decline significantly, they will officially enter the ‘’high-risk’’ zone.

Original post: https://x.com/i/status/2038939021980668121

Scooter most probably realized the HYBE stocks will drop even more and sold his shares. Not just because the stocks are declining, I think he wanted to cut ties since the image of the company is worsening.

And scooter selling his shares is most likely going to affect other investors. Why?

Because when someone directly involved in the company does something like this, knowing that the shares are declining and that they will make a loss, other investors may automatically become suspicious and sell their shares as well.

For example they may withdraw one by one thinking like ‘’Even someone inside the company is selling shares when they're low; things are going to get worse.’’

Because the goal of buying and selling shares is to buy low and sell high. Buying high then selling low will cause losses for both the company and the investors.

Original post: https://x.com/i/status/2039428286686589369

According to the latest announcement by HYBE Co., Ltd., the largest shareholder donated 546,120 unrequited shares to the company on February 12, 2026. HYBE’s goal is to distribute half of these shares to employees as performance-based compensation and to repair the strained relationships caused by current pressure, creating the perception of “Look, I gave you extra money, don’t leave.” (They are watching us and are currently in a major crisis.)

Some of these shares are planned to be given directly to employees, while the rest will be sold through block trades after market close, with an estimated total sale amount of approximately 11,056,721,000 KRW. However, it has been noted that this amount may vary depending on the share price and exchange rate. Additionally, since these transactions will largely take place as off-market block trades, they are not subject to daily trading limit rules. But this leads investors to think, “Extra shares are entering the market, the price might drop.” This could further shake the trust between investors and HYBE.

This decision was made under the “plan for holding and disposing of treasury shares” approved on March 31, 2026. All these developments show that the company is not just making a financial adjustment; it is also addressing the need to maintain employee loyalty, balance its internal structure, and manage the pressure arising from the current situation. NONE OF THIS IS COINCIDENCE. They are afraid of the pressure, and this tactic was implemented immediately after the crisis rumors.

The potential influx of additional shares into the market may affect investors' trust, and the timing of such actions also signals the sensitive state the company is in. Therefore, we must carefully evaluate what is happening and question both the company policies and the impact of these decisions.

SHARE PRICE DROPS ARE WORKING.

NOW THE ISSUE IS NOT “SHOULD WE BOYCOTT,” IT’S THAT WE MUST BOYCOTT.

So the inference from these is: BOYCOTT IS WORKING AND IT IS OUR ONLY CHANCE

Here is a Canva slide and additional screenshot that explains how boycotts in K-pop actually worked over the years.

With the things we learned about meeting, our boycott has more impact than ever now and we need to take full advantage of this moment. We need to stay focused ; this isn't just about Heeseung, but it's also about achieving better conditions for all the members together.

As ENGENE we watched how the members mistreated and overworked all those years. Although our initial aim is to get Heeseung back, we are also fighting for all members to have a better working environment.

We are sure you know what we are talking about but just to remind here is a thread that gathered some of the mistreatments.

We are planning to mass report the official accounts everyday,

  • Instagram (@beliftlab) 18.00 - 18.15 KST
  • Instagram (@enhypen_beliftlab) 18.15 - 18.30 KST
  • X (@BELIFTLAB) 18.30 - 18.45 KST
  • X (@ENHYPEN) 18.45 - 19.00 KST

Lastly, we would like to remind that the boycott is NOT intended to cause harm to the members, it’s intended to fight for the members’ freedom.

It’s not time to stop or give up, we need to push harder now. We need to stay united.

Thank you everyone who stayed till here. We would really appreciate it if you spread this doc with this poster:
