What You'll Learn

How to install eleven free, open-source Claude skills that run your LinkedIn presence — posts from 21 proven hook formulas, comments, replies, a profile score, a weekly plan, and a humanizer that cleans and scores every draft before you approve it.

The trick is simple:

Install The Skills  →  Set Your Voice  →  Draft + Engage  →  Humanize  →  Approve + Post

Steps Used

Below is the full standalone workflow — follow one step at a time, in order. Steps 1 and 2 happen once; Steps 3 to 5 run every week inside Claude.

Step 1: Install the Eleven Skills

One paste into Claude — every skill loaded.

Open Claude Code and paste the repo link with this one line. Claude installs the skills and checks they work.

Paste this into Claude

https://github.com/Jakeschincariol/linkedin-agent-skill

Install this skill, then confirm /li-post works.

Prefer to install it yourself? Run these two commands in your terminal:

Or install it manually

git clone https://github.com/Jakeschincariol/linkedin-agent-skill.git

cp -r linkedin-agent-skill/skills/li-* ~/.claude/skills/

Or add it as a plugin inside Claude Code:

1. Add the marketplace — /plugin marketplace add Jakeschincariol/linkedin-agent-skill

2. Install the skills — /plugin install linkedin-agent

Pick one method only — don't install it twice.

Step 2: Set Your Voice

Ten minutes here decides how human everything sounds.

Every skill reads one file — your voice profile. Set it up once:

1. Copy templates/voice.md to ~/.claude/linkedin/voice.md

2. Paste three of your own LinkedIn posts into Claude

3. Ask Claude to write your voice.md from them

Skip this step and every draft comes out sounding like everyone else.

Example prompt

“Here are three of my LinkedIn posts. Write my voice.md from these.”

Step 3: Write Your Posts

One idea in — three hooks and a full draft out.

Run /li-post with a raw idea. Include:

  • Your idea: the story, lesson or result you want to post about
  • Your numbers: any real figures — it never invents metrics under your name

It pulls three hook options from the 21 formulas and writes one full draft, humanized before you see it. If a number is missing, the draft comes back with a {{your number}} placeholder.

Example prompt

“/li-post We cut client onboarding from 3 weeks to 4 days by removing two approval steps. Give me three hook options and one full draft.”

Step 4: Engage and Plan the Week

Comments, replies, profile and plan — each skill has its own job.

Use the rest of the skills to cover everything around the post:

  • /li-comment: comments on other people's posts — never "Great post!"
  • /li-reply: sorts the comments under your post and replies in priority order
  • /li-profile: scores your profile out of 100 and rewrites what lost points
  • /li-plan: what to post, when to post it, and the 10 people to engage with

Also included: /li-carousel, /li-repurpose, /li-dm, /li-inbox and /li-audit.

Example prompt

“/li-plan Build my week: three posts, the best time to publish each one, and the 10 people I should engage with.”

Step 5: Humanize, Approve and Post

Nothing goes live until you say yes.

/li-human is the skill that makes the rest usable. It cleans every draft, then scores it before it reaches you. It automatically:

  • Strips em dashes and curly quotes
  • Swaps 113 stock AI phrases like "delve" and "leverage" for plain English
  • Removes invisible characters that survive copy-paste
  • Flags robotic structures like "It's not just X, it's Y" for you to rewrite

Then it scores the draft 0–100 on five checks: burstiness, specificity, slop density, fingerprint and voice.

Run it yourself

python3 humanize.py draft.txt --report

python3 detect.py draft.txt

Draft  →  Humanize  →  Score  →  Approve  →  Paste

The skills never post for you. Every one ends with a copy-ready block — you review it, approve it and paste it into LinkedIn yourself.

Output

A full LinkedIn system inside Claude — posts, comments, replies, profile and weekly plan, every draft humanized and scored, and nothing published until you approve it.
