STEPS
1) Start Visual Studio 2012
2) Create A New Project
2-1) Go to Menu Bar. Select File/New Project…
2-2) Define Project Settings
2-3) Project Template Options.
2-4) Core MVC components
3) Run Project
3-1) Select Solution Name in Solution Explorer, then select Debug/Start Debugging in Menu Bar.
3-2) Browse Project Web Site
