WOW. When in your life will you be able to say you lived in a private villa in Koh Samui, completely surrounded by banana plantations with a sea view and with a private water slide! This place is everything it is advertised as, the rooms are stunning, three of the bathrooms have jacuzzi's overlooking the magnificent view, of the other three bedrooms, two had ensuite bathrooms and one bathroom outside. The pool table was constantly in use and the water slide definitely got used everyday we were staying there! You wouldn't believe how fast it goes - its definitely an adrenalin rush! Phyo and Thuthu who greeted us was extremely polite and referred within a manual to places to eat, rent mopeds and left us at ease with everything. We only ate at the villa once which I regret because the food was probably one of the best meals I had in my two week stay in Thailand: Massaman Beef and Chicken/Hokkien noodles - perfect! Location wise, its a bit further away then Mae Nam but with the amount of people that you'd rent this villa with, the price per head to get around was never more than 100 baht in a tuk tuk/van.(around $4AUD.) If you have the opportunity to stay in Koh Samui with a big group of family and friends, I could not recommend this more. It is only a small amount of people who will be able to experience this! There's also a mini bar so if you need a drink/snack you're covered and it comes out of the deposit. There was a problem with the WIFI to begin with but Chris fixed it really quickly: it was pretty good strength house wide but best on 2nd floor. I won't upload photos because everything is as it appears. Thank you Chris!

Stunning Villa - 9.2 points on Booking.com
The villa has a 7/11, pharmacy, local fruit shop, lots of restaurants and lots of car hiring places nearby!!
눇Even more impressive than the pictures ! The waterslide is fast, fun and leads into an infinity pool that looks out over coconut plantation at the mountains and beach to make you really feel like you're in paradise. The villa itself is spacious and full of things to do. The bedrooms are great (most have an ensuite) and the wi-fi works very reliably! If you choose to eat in the food is as good as you'll get in town.

“WOW.... This Place is Truly Amazing!!!”
Reviewed August 16, 2014 for a stay in August 2014
As you can see I am a top contributor to Trip Advisor with many many reviews. I do not always give excellent ratings and I am in a real quandary here.... because this place is truly amazing and I would love to keep it all to myself rather than tell everyone how good it is and then find it is fully booked when I want to return next time and the next time and the next time...... but that would be selfish of me and I had such an incredible time here, I have to let other people share in the enjoyment of Lulu Villa
A picture say a thousand words and pictures you can see on trip advisor and other sites of this place are 100% correct and accurate. This place is truly amazing.
We were treated to a full cooked breakfast every morning, which was followed by fresh cut fruit by the local Villa Cook (Dao) who was friendly and great. One morning we had planned a snorkelling excursion, so we needed to leave the villa early, so she started a lot early to ensure we were fed and fuelled for the day out.
Honestly she didn't need to, but it was great that she was so flexible to accomodate us.
The area of Mae Nam / Bang Po where the Villa is located has great sunsets and is on the quieter side of the island. It has some great places to eat right on the beach, only a few minutes away. The whole area is so chilled out and relaxing. Try out the place called "Relax" on the beach 5 minutes away
Lulu Villa comes with Wi-Fi, which worked great as well as cable TV, which had a massive selection of channels. In addition it comes with a ton of DVD's and games. The snooker table and foosball table were the biggest hits though.
The pool area and incredible water slide are as per the pictures and video. It can be very fast, subject to how fast you want to go.
This place is great for a couple of large families, or 3 average size families, or even a group of friends who want a relaxing get away. The place is large and fully equipped.
We will definitely recommend Lulu Villa and will return to here again for sure.
TIP 1 - Due to no neighbours for miles and you have the place to yourselves, nudity is no problem. Nude water sliding is extremely fast, fun and if you are really adventurous, try it at night :-)
TIP 2 - Because it is in nice quiet area, I would recommend either renting scooters, or a car to get around. It is not the sort of place you can just wave down a passing taxi. The great thing is Chris from Lulu Villa arranged a very nice modern rental car for us at a very good rate. Driving here on the Island is a breeze and very easy

“Fantastic villa, and amazing stay” Reviewed July 29, 2014 for a stay in July 2014
Me and my friends had a mazing time staying at this Villa. It had everything we needed and was very luxurious. It was easy to travel round the island and equally enjoyable to spent time relaxing by the pool in the luxury villa. My friend bought her children who could not get enough of the pool and the villa was big enough that we could listen to music with a glass of wine in the evening without waking the kids up. I highly recommend this villa as a magical place to stay in Koh Samu

Villa Lulu, a stunning location in quiet Maenam, surrounded by nature and exquisite views! This Villa perfectly accommodated myself and my friends for 10 days during a graduation trip! The Villa is perfectly positioned not to far up the mountain, so taxis were willing to bring us home in the early hours of the morning after a long night out at Chaweng. The water slide, pool table, DVD player etc were all well maintained, and thoroughly enjoyed by us all. The house had everything we needed! And any other supplies, scooters etc that were needed were within walking distance from the Villa. Overall our 10 day long stay in Villa Lulu was enjoyed by everyone. I will defiantly recommend this villa to anyone traveling to Samuii, and will defiantly be booking this villa for any future trips to Samuii!

“A Luxury Dream Come True...”

We had a fabulous time at this huge, sea-view villa. It is just close enough to the main road for easy access to nearby restaurants and the beach, yet far enough away to be quiet, peaceful and secluded. There are no other villas in sight, so the privacy factor is excellent. The water slide is a lot of fun, and along with the big game room -- it's like having your own amusement park whenever you want. We also enjoyed some very tasty food prepared by in-villa chef, cooked exactly how we like it. Highly recommended.
