I have received a letter and I very much look forward to it.

We are staying here currently, but I often go into town.

I am not going to London tomorrow either as it is a holiday now.

I will go to town on Tuesday when I shall be happy to meet you.

Maybe you could come to my office at 35 Norfolk Street, Strand at around 1 pm and then have lunch with me at the Savoy, when we can discuss everything in detail, or if you prefer, I could pick you up at your hotel.
