Build the Future UPDATE! - We have had a lot of progress!! After week 2, our team raised $8,878 and as of today we are at $11,800.10 and climbing! Keep up the great work. We have just 10 days to go!
I would like to share a few quick notes:
- Pancake Breakfast - we will have our pancake breakfast for all fundraiser participants on Saturday, May 13th. The schedule will be posted at the end of the week, but is subject to minor change based on the total number of participants.
- What do you mean by “Participants”? - Anyone who raises as little as $1 or just sets up there page and sends out a few emails is considered a participant. If some kind of effort was given (even if it didn’t result in much money raised), you’re good to go!
- What should I do if someone wants to give an offline donation? - If someone wants to give an offline donation, you can go on the page and select ‘offline donation’. It’ll ask you to fill in the contact information for the donor so that they receive a receipt. Checks should be sent to the WSAC courtesy of Ben Bartell. Once we have received the check (written out to WSAC ltd, with FUNDRAISER in the memo) or cash, we’ll approve the offline donation and it will show up on your page. If you have any questions about this process please contact coach Ben at bbartell@wsacltd.org.
- Gabby and Caitlin’s Delicious stand! These tough girls braved the elements to help earn money for the fundraiser. Thank you for your dedication!
