ICE STATEMENT:
Israel ANDRADE-Favela, 35, from Mexico, received final orders of deportation from a federal immigration judge May 24, 2004. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deported him shortly afterwards. He illegally re-entered the United States and was deported again on Aug. 2, 2006, and Sept. 27, 2012.
ANDRADE-Favela was convicted of illegal entry in U.S. District Court (USDC) in Del Rio, Texas, July 13, 2003 and sentenced to 45 days in federal prison; he was also convicted of illegal re-entry after deportation in USDC in Sanderson, Texas, Sept. 3, 2007, and sentenced to 179 days in federal prison; and convicted of re-entry again in USDC in Abilene, Texas, Dec. 9, 2010 and sentenced to 24 months in federal prison. ICE has placed a detainer with Parker County Jail on ANDRADE-Favela.
