You are receiving this message because you expressed a desire to be a 1:1 Chromebook teacher.  If you are no longer interested, please let me know.

Our Professional Learning Series, Blended Learning in a 1:1 Environment is set to kick off soon!  We are extremely excited for our time together this coming year!

Please do two things to prepare for the first session:

1. Reserve a sub for 9/15.
2. RSVP to let me know you will attend.

If there is an issue with two teachers being out on the same campus then please let me know. One teacher can attend the training and I will meet with the other teacher in coaching sessions to provide the training that is missed. We will need to schedule the coaching session(s) to take place as close to the 15th as possible.

First training date - 9/15

Time:  8:30am – 3:30pm

Location:  COE, Room TBA

Training Dates - All Sessions

In our first session, we will cover 2 topics:  

• Managing Google Apps for Education (GAFE).  GAFE is the backbone of chrome device use and student account management

• Time to learn and time to adjust and test settings.

• Setting up your class’ Learning Management System in Schoology.

• If you have another LMS that you have started using in your class, please let me know.

• Time to learn and time to add content to your LMS
