email@example.com | (916) 331-7377 ext. 331
Thank you for getting your graduation dinner order forms in on time. I hope all is going smoothly with your planning for the big night. I am also looking forward to seeing what you all come up with for the graduate’s display boards. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
The 8th grade class will be going to Six Flags in Vallejo this Friday. Students should arrive at school at the regular time - will will leave campus by 9:00 A.M. They should dress in modest attire and bring funds for food and souvenirs. The park closes at 6:00 P.M. The students usually like to stay until it closes - which gets us back to campus around 7:30 P.M. You should plan to pick your child up at school near the gate at that time. I will have them call you while we are driving in case we are earlier or later.
Volunteer Appreciation Chapel - Wednesday, May 24, 10AM
To all our parents who have volunteered with our parties or field trips, we invite you to attend a special chapel just for you! Every class will give a special presentation. This is a small token of our appreciation for the time, talent, and treasure you gave this year.
Golfland Sunsplash Day - Thursday, May 25th
Let’s close the year with some wild wetness! Thank you for submitting fees promptly - Mrs. Svirida will be ordering the wristbands - entrance to the water park and lunch is included. More details to come.
Field Day - Friday, May 26th
Field Day is back! On Friday, May 26, the school will come together out on the front field to have some fun in the sun! Set up begins at 8:00 A.M., and Mr. Ortiz is looking for some willing parents to help him get the supplies out on the field and set up for the events. Please consider being a part of this exciting event. If you are able and willing to serve in this way, please contact either me or Mr. Ortiz directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
