My Pauli

My train arrives at Shawford 6.58. Tomorrow (Saturday.) It is very late, I’m afraid too late for you to come to meet me  But came down early in the morning (Sunday) to Breakfast.

[Page 2]

You see, I want to be with Daddy[1] in the afternoon, there is the reason I am coming so late. But I shall stay 2 night till Monday  as I want to see as much of you as I can  Shall we walk on the water meadows?

Much love

Mummy.
