Jumbo Supermarkten - E Commerce

Jumbo is the second biggest supermarket chain of the Netherlands. Daily millions of customers are using it both online and offline. Right now it’s in a transition period from a monolith to a microservices architecture to enable scalability and flexibility by keeping KISS principle in mind.

Anadolu Sigorta - SWEP - Insurance Automation System (Project Manager)

SWEP is the main insurance automation software of "Anadolu Sigorta" which is the leading Turkish insurance company. The project is on production/maintenance life cycle.

The software has more than 3 millions lines of code and it is running on more than 24 servers. 96 jboss instances this is an indicator of how big the project is.

The project is online since 2007. I am the operations manager of the project. We are using Scrum for the project. I have two scrum teams consists of five to six people for each. And I was reporting directly to the CTO.

BNP Paribas Cardif - Commission Automation System (Team Leader)

BNP Paribas Cardif is an world wide finance company.The aim of the project was to automate commission's calculation and reporting of the insurance department. It took 13 months to develop and deliver the project. The project team consisted of five software engineers and two analysts. I was responsible for the team and delivering the project in time and in budget.

HBYS - Hospital Automation System - Project Manager (2 years) - Team Leader (2 years)  

2009 - 2013

The Project developed in Java with SOA architecture, N tiers design; Approximately 3 millions lines of code and 800 forms/pages. A large scale automation system project. I was among the core team of the project first as a java developer than team leader and project manager. The project team consisted of more than ten people up to eighteen.
