Angpan'dêk History:
Part one: Ths tribes of the Angpans
In the year 2240 in the second era, a group of islands in Southeast Asia known as the Angpans were first colonized by nomads from the west. The colonists were barbaric at first, but they each began to form separate nation states on their own islands. Each island, no matter how large or small, was colonized by its own tribe.
The tribes of the Angpans began to grow and develope their own unique culture compared to the west. Farming sugar, silk, and a fruit known as PangYan, the Angpanian tribes began to cultivate amongst themselves. A widespread language, known as Pangyeji, began to develop amongst the people. As cities grew larger, food and space on the smaller islands lead to revolt.
Civil war became abundant in the Angpans. Inevitably, larger tribes began to quarrel for thousands of years, and by 3921 of the second era, the war remained locked between the four largest tribes, the Angyâng, the Sinitsu, the Dhohnakalibaras, and the Hopekhân. This war lasted from year 3921 of the Second Era up until year 407 of the Fourth Era. In year 398, a young man named Angpan'DyungPan (litteraly translates to "islander of the islands") was born. By the year 407, he had become leader of the Hopekhân tribe. Young and determined, Angpand built a navy of 10,000 ships (10,000,000 according to popular legend) and sailed through the Angpans, from island to island. His army crushed the opposing forces of Horsemen and Pikemen to the northwest. He named the origional tribe of Hopekhân to be the empires Capital, which it remains today.
Angpan soon became a loved member of all the islands. He chose to found a government based around democracy in 411, where each of the four main tribes elected a leader, and all four leaders voted on the actions of the nation together. The people, who had been oppressed by tribal "god kings" for far too long, had accepted this system with open arms, naming it the "Angpan'dü" (translation: Angpans republic/ the Islanders republic). This system would provide the founding basics on the Angpans for the rest of their existence.
Part two: The Angpan'dü
Beginning in the year 408, the Angpan'dü was the first successful form of government in the Angpans. Finaly a united nation, four leaders would be elected from each tribe to serve the government. Unfortunately, this was a very shortlived system.
The Angpan Era
When Angpan first conquered the islands and set up his republic, he was almost immediately voted into office for the people of Hopekhân. Due to the laws of the land, three other presidents ("consolut" in Pandek) had to be selected. These men were Yentuku from Dos, Retrina Kitashi from Sinitsu, and Tyshnu Dêk of Angyâng. During this time it was decided that the empire needed to be self-sufficient. Civil war and conflict always happened to the north and west, and to the south and east ships would disappear due to Daxen attacks. So, working on internal affairs, they decided to develop their cities with walls and infrastructure, followed by markets, libraries, cathedrals, universities, banks, courthouses, harbors, factories, and more. The economy was booming. The Palace at Hopekhân, a Wonder of the Alternate World, was built in the capital. At this time, Hopekhân was recognized as the greatest city in the world. Farms were developed, and the people were all rich. Mines began discovering veins of gold, and the country hit a huge period of prosperity. However, the city of Angyâng was upset about the laws that forbade interaction. Being connected to the mainland, they wanted to trade knowledge and goods with the people in the northwest, but unfortunately current laws forbade that.
The Oppu Era
By the time the four consoluts mentioned above had become deceased, new ones had been elected. Redsword Asterisk (said to be from the Empire of Ecrata) was the representative from Hopekhân, Kimpal DuBiot from Dhos, Retikai Newishakisan from Sinitsu, and Oppu Dêk from Angyâng. Then, all hell broke loose. Trader-economies had formed in Dhos and Angyâng, while Hopekhân and Sinitsu wanted to keep to their internal selves. With the nation split at a 2-2 vote, Oppu Dêk decided to rebel. He came prepared with a secret. Merchants from the free state of Dessi had supplied them with weapons, and the knowledge of gunpowder. After the city of Hopekhân is bombed, the southern states surrender. Oppu crowns himself the first king of the Angpans, and the nation is renamed Angpan'dêk.
Part Three: Angpan'dêk age of Kings

Terra even discussed bringing democracy back to the islands and its colonies, but this was instantly put to rest when he died in bed mysteriously. Some say it was his son Rokku who killed him, for the throne.
Part 4: Rokku and modern Angpan'dêk
Upon the death of his father, young Rokku seized the throne. He was orrigionaly a horrible king. During his first 12 years as king, he:
However, in the 13th year of his kingship, he managed to use science to make himself immortal (solely in the sense of longevity, not that he cannot be killed by outside forces) by having the feces of the legendary Collossi shipped from the Antarctic Well of Youth once monthly. Upon achieving this, he had a huge change in heart, and ended up restoring the old order of his ways. A statue of him was built on the shores of Sinitsu, and the people began to retort to their old king worshiping ways. During his "eternal reign":
To his own people, Rokku is a scholar, cultural Icon, and provider to them, but as for diplomatic relationships, Rokku is cocky and cruel to the other empires. He does however maintain a good relationship with the Ecrati, who he views as equally cocky and supreme.
