ITEM DONATIONS: Click on the Donate Item link on the left of the screen. |
- Item Name: Give a descriptive name (Rangers vs Bruins, 4 Hockey tickets)
- Estimated Value $: This is the estimated cost of the item or Fair Market Value (FMV) it is very important to include some value for your item.
- Item Description: The official description of an item that we use to write the catalog please be as detailed as possible.
- Please Select a Category: pick the appropriate choice from the drop down menu Restrictions: enter ONLY restrictions that apply to your item, i.e blackout dates, expiration dates, Trevor families only, etc.
- Notes, Comments and Everything Else: Please keep all additional notes in this field
- I am a(n): If you are entering a donation from a 3rd party please select Business Donor*.
- Remain Anonymous? Yes/No
- Should we contact you? If you would like one of the auction committee members to contact you to discuss the details of your donation, please let us know and someone will be in touch with you.
