Where is the performance taking place?

How do I get to the venue?
Main Entrance is marked by the yellow star.
Riverfront Entrance Parking Garage Directions:
The Main Riverfront Entrance is located on the upper level of the parking lot. You are able to access the lower parking garage by continuing to drive straight as you enter the parking lot. Follow the blue arrows on map below. You will see signs in the parking lot that help direct you to the lower level of the parking garage. You will then use the stairs that lead you to the upper level. Abe & Jake’s is located right next door. You can also enter the parking lot from 7th & Rhode Island street shown with the green arrow on the map above.
Is parking offered on site at the venue?
This is a 2-hour ticketing lot with free parking after 5pm. Only park in the yellow lined parking spots to keep from getting a ticket or towed. If you are a guest staying next door at the Springhill Suites, you are able to park in the white lined parking spots as those are designated for hotel guests.
Tickets
What are the different ticket types?
The venue is divided into Front Row, Zone A, Zone B and Zone C based on the quality of the view.
Can I purchase tickets on-site?
All tickets must be purchased in the app or on our website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the venue.
Can I reserve a ticket for a caregiver?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket.
Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue.
Is there an age limit to attend a performance?
This performance is recommended for ages 8 and up. Those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, this is possible if you've purchased tickets in the same section and are in the theater together, so we recommend arriving with plenty of time and we'll do our best to provide seats next to each other.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to another Fever account at no additional cost. Simply click "Transfer Ticket" in the Tickets section of the Fever app. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
Tickets are located in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. (You can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.) You must sign in with the same method (same account) that you used to purchase the tickets.
You can also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam folder for the purchase confirmation email as well.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print your ticket, just show the QR code in the Fever app (you can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play) or your purchase confirmation email upon entry.
Making changes to tickets
Can I make changes to my ticket?
Depending on the availability of other sessions of your choice, you can change the date or time up to 48 hours before the show. To make a change, please contact us here, quoting your ticket ID. Please note that refunds are not available, see our terms and conditions for more information.
Can I get a refund?
No refunds will be offered. Changes to alternative dates and times are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the originally purchased event and are subject to availability. If you would like to change your ticket, please contact us here.
Regarding the event
When do I have to be at the venue?
You can check the opening time of the concert you are attending in the details section of each concert sales page. Concerts start on time and you must be seated before the start of the concert. We do not allow entry after the start of the concert. Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
What if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter the venue due to the nature of the Candlelight Concert and will not be refunded, so please make sure to arrive on time and with plenty of time to spare.
What is included in the ticket?
Your ticket includes admission to the Candlelight Concert, a music concert surrounded by LED candles.
How can I check my seat?
Your seating will be free seating (first come, first served) within the designated zone of the ticket you purchased. When you arrive at the venue, please present your ticket to the reception staff. You will be shown to your seat in the designated zone.
Will the concert start on time?
The show will start on time whenever possible, but there may be a delay of approximately 5 minutes to ensure a smooth performance. All Candlelight Concerts are first-come, first-served for each section, so please arrive at the venue with as much time as possible to enter and be seated. Performance start times are subject to change depending on venue availability.
Is there a designated dress code?
There is no dress code, but you should come dressed comfortably to get the most out of the performance. It can get chilly in the theater, so we recommend bringing layers.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
As a general rule, no photography or videography of any kind is permitted during the performance. Photos and videos may be taken without flash only at the end of the program, when the artist gives instructions.
Can I use my cell phone during the performance?
Please keep your cell phone on silent mode during the performance. Photos and videos can be taken without flash only at the end of the program when the artist indicates to do so
Can I go to the toilet during the performance?
Out of consideration for the artists and other guests, we ask that you refrain from leaving your seat unless it is an emergency.
Will food be served?
Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the venue.
Are drinks available?
It depends on the venue where the event is held. As a general rule, drinks are not sold at the venue and eating and drinking are not permitted inside the venue.
Can I bring my children?
Our concerts are for people aged 8 and over. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring my pets?
Animals are not allowed, except for service dogs. Please let us know in advance regarding your service dogs contacting us here.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Venues are wheelchair accessible. Limited seating for wheelchairs are available. If you are coming in a wheelchair, please contact our User Support Team via the "Help" function in the app or contact us at hello@feverup.com.
Will Candlelight concerts still be held in the future?
You can see currently scheduled Candlelight concerts on our official website (www.feverup.com) and in our app.
Are the candles safe?
For safety, all candles use LED lights and are flameless.
Can I promote and sell tickets to the Candlelight concert?

Last-minute changes
What happens if a show can't take place due to weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect the performance (change of venue or postponement), you will be notified by email in advance.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
All Candle 3-Pack purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online, picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
