Fur collections being held @ WCS from 9 am to 1pm

To replenish the FURBEARER FUNDAMENTAL KIT we are looking for:

Short-tailed weasel,

Long-tailed weasel

fisher

raccoon

opossum

red fox

coyote (various coat colors)

Another COMPLETE SET OF PELTS would be ideal as well:

All 14 Massachusetts furbearers with various coat colors for coyote and summer/winter pelts for short & long- tailed weasel

SKULLS:

If members are willing to save skulls that are in ‘perfect’ condition that would be helpful. If they can keep them frozen I could collect at some point prior to or at end of season.

FEET:

If I can figure out how to preserve feet then I might at some point inquire about folks saving feet for me.

Thank you to MTA for their interest in educating the citizens & youth of Massachusetts on trapping and furbearers.
