·        Switched to Custom Injection Molded battery sleds to alleviate intermittent issues caused by battery height irregularities and heated sled elasticity (lack of toughness) found in 3D-Printed PLA sleds - which can possibly develop a slight deflection with physical abuse.  (Basically, these are stronger and will not warp under atypical stress).

·         Implemented a new triple-magnet locking system which uses individual rod, disc, and cylinder magnets to ensure a consistent lid fitment that does not rely “guess and check” methods.  Magnet pulling force is stronger but does not require unnecessary “prying” to remove the lid.

·         Lid will now reverse lock to the backside of the enclosure when removed, keeping the enclosure and lid together when removing/installing batteries.

·        Switched to custom welded flange nut for 510 deck/ring assembly.  This eliminates the need for epoxy putty/glue to secure the 510 deck itself and allows tensile stress (ie. stiff atomizer cap) to be spread over a large area.

·        Switched to 3D-Printed Battery Sleds.  This design accommodates new flange nut 510 design and eliminates the need for bending battery contacts.
