Hi all, I am not an expert in allyship, but I compiled this list of resources that have helped me over the years. I hope it might help you too and start important conversations with your friends and family about anti-racism, privilege, and ending the systematic, institutional oppression of Black people. Use your voice. Donate your money. Vote. Leave space for rage. Decenter yourself. Educate yourself. Don’t ask Black people to do the emotional and physical labor for you. Investigate your own bias. Recognize your privilege. Get uncomfortable. Be more than an ally. Be an accomplice to systemic change.
