Pork Loin with Bacon Wrap
- 1 pork loin, with flavors or just plain
- 1 package bacon
- seasoned salt to taste
- Cut pork loin in to 1 1/2 to 2 inch sections.
- Wrap each section with a strip of bacon.
- Sear for 2 minutes on each side on high heat.
- Add water to the pan and cover.
- Turn at least once during the cooking process.
- Steam cook for 15 minutes or until the meat thermometer reads 145 degrees.
- Let rest for three minutes and serve with some healthy vegetables.
