Installation Guide

Download OpenKM Community (Free) from www.openkm.com 

        This is a core OpenKM System.

Download OpenOffice from www.openoffice.org 

        This is an engine to use to generate pdf file in OpenKM.

Download swftools from www.swftools.org 

        This is a tool for converting file from pdf to swf,it will use to display by file preview in the web browser.

Install step

1. OpenKM (by default setup)
2. OpenOffice
3. swftools
4. Other tools : Acrobat Reader, Adobe Flash Payer.

Ater installation complete

1. Start KM

2. Open Web Browser, than goto http://localhost:8080/OpenKM/login.jsp

• user = okmAdmin
• password = admin

3. Goto Administration → Configuration

4. Edit configuration

5. Re Start KM

6. Now you can preview document
