What can I expect from Haunted Oktoberfest?

The Haunted Oktoberfest at the historic Cuban Club offers a one-of-a-kind experience where craft beer collides with the thrill of a haunted celebration. Perfect for beer enthusiasts, music lovers, and anyone who enjoys a good scare, this event is set to be Tampa's most talked-about Halloween bash. Grab your lederhosen or your spookiest attire, and join us for a night of frights, flights, and unforgettable fun! Enjoy three floors of entertainment from party bands, DJ’s, comedians, and cirque acts. Indulge in unlimited samples of over 100 craft beers, ciders, and seltzers.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held at an indoor and outdoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The event will last 3 hours.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes, this is an air-conditioned venue.  However, outdoors is open to weather.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? 

Deaf people will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.

Will there be strobe lights?

This event won't include strobe lights.

Will food and beverage be available on site?

Unlimited beer samples are provided in the ticket price. Cocktails and food will be available for purchase.

With the food and cocktails, can modifications be made for allergies?

No

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

Yes, the event is seated.

Will restrooms be available on site?

This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.

What is the dress attire?

Casual attire, halloween outfits, or oktoberfest gear.

Is coat check available?

Unfortunately, there is no coat check available in this event.

Is there a Lost & Found?

Yes, we would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

No, anytime in the 3 hours is fine.

What happens if I arrive late?

You can come at anytime.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.

Is there an age requirement?

This experience only allows guests above 21 years old with a valid ID.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.

Is there parking available?

There are nearby paid parking lots.

What if the weather is bad?

Event is held rain or shine.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

Unfortunately, no.

TICKETS

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Yes. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot.

Where can I get tickets?

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket ID number.

Is there a Military discount?

Unfortunately, no military discount is available for this event.

Do we offer carer tickets for free?

Unfortunately, no carer tickets are available for this event.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket ID number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket ID number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Haunted Oktoberfest can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a Group Booking?

Groups who purchased tickets separately can sit together. Please just make sure you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time to get seats together.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
