To provide a quality education for all learners and to create responsible, kind, engaged citizens, we will:

  1. Be student focused. We will support and increase student opportunities for growth through:
  1. board committee work informed by stakeholder engagement
  2. the continuation of our commitment to equity by
  1. understanding district data
  2. continuously reviewing board policy

  1. Continue to work to support staff through:
  1. open communication that creates strong feedback loops to inform board work
  2. the negotiations process
  3. fiscally supporting training for staff
  4. recognition and appreciation

  1. student representation
  2. board communication
  3. attending school events
  4. public comment
  5. community conversations

  1. Support safe and orderly facilities through:
  1. board committee work informed by stakeholders
  2. review of a 5-year facilities plan
  3. an exploration of ways to increase community engagement in the process
