19th November, 1928.

J.R. Bailey, Esq.,

Secretary,

Burlington Fine Arts Club,

17, Savile Row, W.1.

Dear Sir,

Mr. de Laszlo wishes me to thank you for your letter of the 17th inst.,[1] and he will be very pleased to let you have the Casone [sic] Panel [113447], which hangs in the studio, and he is very glad to be able to lend it for the winter exhibition.

It will be quite convenient if you send for it any day this week, but if possible about 2 o’clock as Mr. de Laszlo would like to be there himself, when they take it away, and he is busy in the studio all the mornings and afternoons.

May I ask you if you will be insuring the Casone [sic] while it is being shown at the Exhibition for about £800.

Believe me,

Yours faithfully,

Secretary.
