ProcessMaker Hotfix v. 3.0.0.2
(Release Date: May 26th, 2015)
The ProcessMaker team is releasing the ProcessMaker Community Edition v. 3.0.0.2 which comes with improvements and bug fixes. Since these Hotfixes are cumulative the list of bugs included in previous versions are listed inside the Fixed bugs list v. 3.0.0.1 section.

Improvements:
- PM-2741 - Case Notes field size has been increased. (Mantis Code: 17354)
Bug fixes:
- PM-284 - It is not possible to save a trigger which is being edited from the STEPS window.
- PM-1072 -PMFRemoveMask() deletes the decimal character and switches the thousands separator.
- PM-1130 - Extra space in $suffix parameter of PMFAddAttachmentToArray() function

- PM-1238 - When creating the PMFEvaluate() function, parameters are not set correctly.
- PM-1300 - DynaForm fields created en v. Beta2 are neither displayed in the preview nor in when cases are running.
- PM-1303 - When editing the title and description of a process, it is not possible to move towards the text either by using the keyboard nor the mouse.
- PM-1325 - If using Internet Explorer v. 10, the response time when creating and Input, Output, DynaFrom, Output is not optimum.
- PM-1525 - Designer > Drawing BPMN Designer: The autosave is not working in all cases.
- PM-1526 - Designer > Drawing BPMN Designer: The Save button is not enabled after making two or more modifications in the process.
- PM-1622 - The hint added in the last DynaForm field is not visible.
- PM-1623 - It is not possible to edit a template in a Windows server.
- PM-1624 - Triggers are not routed if using a Windows server.
- PM-1629 - The cases list do not appear in any of the folders.
- PM-1654 - When creating an Input Document the [not-message] message appears.
- PM-2315 - Site test validation issue when creating a workspace (Mantis Code: 17155)
- PM-2624 - Admin>Settings>Email Servers>There is no validation when configuring with a non-existent email or form a gmail server to another.
- PM-2627 - Admin>Settings>Process Categories: There isn’t a validation when creating process categories with no information.
- PM-2639 - Home > Process Supervisor > Reassign: When reassigning a case the Administrator user appears twice.
- PM-2655 - CaseNote: It is possible to send a case notes with spaces.
- PM-2669 - Designer > Files Manager > Button Create Files Manager: When clicking over the (X) button, instead of closing the window it displays the Templates list.
- PM-2693 - WebEntry : When importing a process with configured Web Entries, those are not deleted.
- PM-2694 - Placeholder standardization for the SEarch field in the Classic Designer list.
- PM-2697 - After restoring a backup from a v. 2.5.2 to a v. 2.9, existing cases are not displayed.
- PM-2701 - Designer > Event > Properties: Message error when clicking on SAVE.
- PM-2708 - The onChange of the date fields does not work.
- PM-2710 - The hint property of the DateTime field is not clear.
- PM-2727 - Admin>Settings>Roles: The edit button is disabled when editing a role and pressing the X button to close the window.
- PM-2728 - Home > New Case: Fields configured with Formula do not send data from a master process to a child process and viceversa.
- PM-2730 - Home > New Case: Formula is not executed in a sub-process with render and default values.
- PM-2731 - The processes cannot be exported if it has a long name.
- PM-2757 - Impossible to Edit or Add Email Server. (Mantis Code: 17368)
- PM-2758 - Impossible to edit File Process. (Mantis Code: 17364)
- PM-2762 - Problems opening a DynaForm.
- PM-2764 - Process File Manager edit button does not work on IE11 (Old Designer)
- PM-2765 - Processmaker Email Servers Disabled.
- PM-2796 - Export BPMN: Exporting the process from the list of process is different than exporting it from the designer.
- PM-2799 - Export: When exporting the copy of an imported process, an error is displayed and the process is not imported.
- PM-2800 - PM3.0GA IIS: To instal ProcessMaker in IIS is necessary to edit the web.config file.
- PM-2801 - Keep the variables values between DynaForms in the different views mode.
- PM-2802 - Designer>Classic>Template: The grid content is not displayed in a template using the old designer.
- PM-2804 - Dynaform preview is not rendered if using Internet Explorer.
- PM-2808 - Dynaform Error. (Mantis Code: 17404).
Fixed bugs list v. 3.0.0.1
- PM-1236 - The PMFCreateUser() function cannot create users if it the trigger wizard is used
- PM-2245 - Improvements in the Get Started window that appears when ProcessMaker finishes its installation.
- PM-2294 - Designer>New BPMN>Variables> In firefox, when creating variables, the cursor focus goes to Variable name when choosing the Variable Type field.
- PM-2589 - Designer>New BPMN> Dynaform> When creating a Dynaform in IE, it is necessary to click twice to create a DynaForm if the cursor is over the Dynaform name.
- PM-2690 - If using Firefox there is a vertical scroll in the ProcessMaker welcome window.
- PM-2691 - If using Internet Explorer, the ProcessMaker welcome content window is centered.
- PM-2702 - Designer > Designer BPMN > Dynaforms: Default values are not assigned in the datetime control in an initial status.
- PM-2737 - Dependent fields in grids are not working.
- PM-2759 - The max date/min date /default date properties are not applied if the max date is less than the min date.
- PM-2760 - Files with the field fule are not uploaded to the server. (uploaded files/documents)
- PM-2761 - After importing a process their cases are deleted.
Recommendations:
- The directory where ProcessMaker is installed should have write permissions.
- ProcessMaker does not support MySQL strict mode.
