Preregistration and prepayment:

Paying at the desk:

You can buy tickets starting from the 1st day of the festival (December 28th). If you arrive later you can always ask your friends who arrive earlier to buy a ticket for you.

You should pay in local currency - hryvnias (uah) or in euro: 110 uah, 10 euro for a milonga. We don’t have any discounts if you buy tickets at entrance.

Milongas:

We don’t have a public list of guests but most of them RSVPed in the official event on a facebook.

Day milongas:

29 - Mihal Gabrys (Krakow, Poland)

2 - Andrew Meakovski (Lvov, Ukraine)
3 - Alexandra Kotelnitskaya (Ukraine)
4 - Nemanja (Belgrade, Serbia)
5 - Jani Keinänen (Vantaa, Finland)
6 - Peter Stefanics (Gdansk, Poland)
7 - Kadir Unay (Antalya, Turkey)

Night milongas:
28 - Yury Cherenkov (Kiev, Ukraine)
29 - Alexey Doroschenko (Minsk, Belorus)
30 - Daniel Rossi (Brussels, Belgium)
31 - Semeon Kukormin (Moscow, Russia)
1 - Vladimir Vereschagin (Moscow, Russia)
2 - Frank Seifart (Berlin, Germany)
3 - Andrea Dedo (L’Aquila, Italy)
4 - Horacio Luis Gabriel Quota (Rome, Italy)
5 - James Bates (Berlin, Germany)
6 - Mik Avramenko (Kiev, Ukraine)
7 - Vincent El Ghouzzi (Paris, France)

Children under 16 years old can come to milongas for free, they don’t need a ticket. Please watch your children running on the dancefloor - it will be very crowdy and tricky for navigation with children running around.

All crowdy day-milongas with paid entrance and all night milongas won’t have any seats to sit and watch. We recommend you to take them to less crowdy day milongas (from 28/12 till 1/01 and on 6-7/01) - there will be a place to sit and the view will be as good as on crowdy days.

a) By shared mini-bus for 30€ per person if your schedule fits, you should book a seat in advance:

E-mail: mammamiatravel@gmail.com.

b) You can also order the minibus or cab for about 100-160 € from any of aforementioned companies, or ones listed below:

c) By public transport you have 2 options:
First get to the city from the airport (airport
website lists options of getting from the airpiort to the city), and there either:

  1. Wait for a direct bus or train, be aware that there are not more than 2 buses and 2 trains a day.
You can check the schedule and book a ticket for a bus at
    this website, or other one.
    Train schedule can be found
here. You cannot buy train ticket online, but you should be able to buy from your local travel agent or at railway station.
  2. or take a train to Premysl (check train schedule at PKP website). And then follow directions below.
  1. The easiest is to call a cab in Ukraine and go to Lviv (Tariff 7 hrn/km in Poland + 5 hrn/km in Ukraine, look above for contacts).
  2. There are regular buses Przemyśl  Lviv.
Currently they have 4 buses a day (
    weekdays):

12:00

15:30

17:10

19:30
On
Sundays and holidays(1st and 6th of January) there is only one bus at 15:30

  1. If you are a seasoned traveller on a budget, the cheapest option would be to take a small bus from the railway station in Przemysl to the border, then cross a border on foot, and from Ukrainian side take marshrutka to Lviv.
Be aware that this option would require you communicating both Polish and Ukrainian, so if you’re into it you’ll need to research it further on the Internet by yourself.
