Our Technology Department has 10 Moto g phones with these $10 headsets for the purpose of instructing with Virtual Reality.  

We also have 10 Virtual Headsets (Google Cardboards) which in conjunction with the phones are available for checkout if you contact an ITRT.




Google Street View

Explore world landmarks, discover natural wonders, and step inside locations such as museums, arenas, restaurants and small businesses with 360-degree images on Google Maps with Street View.

Google account needed.  Free app allows you to create 360 photosheres.  This works on Ipads too.  

Google Expeditions gives the teacher power to control what students see in the virtual tour.  This free app can be installed on Ipads, phones, or Chromebooks.  There are lots of ready made virtual tours.


Nearpod has partnered with  Create a Nearpod lesson, click content and choose field trip.  Search for a 360 field trip and then share lesson with your students.

Search for 360 YouTube movies by searching for a topic and add 360 after it.  E.G. Photosynthesis 360  While watching the movie, you can look around in 360!
