What will students be able to do by the end of Lesson 9?

Students will be able to combine and image with type to create a cohesive design. They will apply kerning and tracking to their design, and they will know the difference between vector and raster images.

Learning Plan: Facilitating the Activity

Students will design an internet meme in which they will combine an image with a humorous headline. In Lesson 9, students will continue working on the meme design they started in Lesson 8, or they can create a new design.
