At the Annual Meeting on 9 September, 1989, by a vote of fifty-seven (57) in favor and none opposed, the following first sentence of Paragraph 6, Article III of the By-Laws was amended to read:

        “Each buildable lot owner shall be entitled to cast one (1) vote for each

         buildable lot owned.”


On a written ballot submitted to all members on November 8, 1996, by a vote of seventy-three (73) in favor and four (4) opposed, the members APPROVED addition of the following sentence to Paragraph 5, Article IV of the By-Laws:

        “Any Director who fails to attend at least fifty percent (50%) of Board

         of Director and Membership meetings during a calendar year, or misses

         two consecutive meetings will be removed by the Board of Directors.”


On a written ballot submitted to all members in June, 2003, the membership APPROVED a change in Article IV, Paragraph 1 (Number) of the By-Laws to read:

        “The affairs of the Association shall be managed by a Board of Directors

        Consisting of not less than three (3) nor more than seven (7) directors, all of

        whom shall be members of the Association, except that none of the initial

        Board of Directors need be members.  The number of directors shall be

        established by vote of the members of this Association at the annual meeting.

        The number of directors to be elected at the first annual meeting shall be five (5)         directors.”
