March For Life 2025 Important Dates

Group Registration Closes // October 10th

Group registration closes on October 10th at 8am.  

Final Drop Date // November 15th

The Youth Ministry Office must be notified of any dropped spots by Friday, November 15th. After this date each group will be financially responsible for the entire cost of all remaining spots for which they registered.

Final Payment Due // December 6th

The remaining payment is due on December 6th. The final bill will be sent to Group Leaders immediately following the Drop Date. The Group will be financially responsible for the spots originally registered unless adjusted by the Nov. 14th Drop Date. All late payments will be charged a 10% late fee.

Final Rooming List & Flight List // December 13th

All paperwork should be completed by this date. All rooming lists and flight lists should be submitted by this date.
